Introduction

During operation, due to a number of inevitable reasons (wear, fatigue damage, deformation, etc.), the operability of parts and assemblies of the car is periodically disrupted, so there is an objective need for its restoration.

The creation of the main parts of the car requires the implementation of fairly complex design technology solutions, which is associated with a large cost of labor resources, organic labor in the form of tools and equipment, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Restoration of parts makes it possible to use the preserved consumer cost in the form of residual durability of parts. The restoration of parts is economically justified: about a quarter of the parts of the repair fund are worn out within the permissible limits, and about half can be used after restoration at a cost of 1530% of the price of new parts. The restoration of parts preserves a significant amount of materials, energy, labor, is more environmentally friendly in terms of impact on nature and man.

Restoration of parts is the main source of efficiency of repair production and its basis. According to a number of names of the most important metal-intensive and expensive parts (engine blocks, crankshafts, gearbox crankshafts), the secondary consumption of restored parts is much more than the consumption of new spare parts.

The purpose of this course project is to restore the operability of the undercarriage of the VAZ car.

To achieve this goal, the following tasks must be solved in the course project.

Calculate the production program for maintenance and maintenance, including the frequency of maintenance and repair, the number of technical impacts per car .

Develop issues of maintenance and maintenance works organization. Make a defective map of the hub of the car wheel, as well as a technological map for removing, installing the hubs of the front wheels and adjusting the bearings of the hubs of the wheels of the VAZ car.

Calculate the required turnout and list number of working areas of vehicle undercarriage repair.

Select the necessary process equipment for this area.

Consider the organization of labor protection during work.

General part

1.1 Substantiation of data accepted for design

The automobile company serves a fleet of cars, consisting of:

- Vaz 2114 station wagon 65 of them are new 55%, the state of the fleet by mileage is 0.7/1.3;

- Vase 2110 van 37 of them new 44%, fleet condition by mileage 0.8/1.4;

- VAZ 2131 (1.8 l engine) - 11 of them are new 35%, fleet condition by mileage 0.5/1.1

The average daily mileage in the park is 324 km.

The category of operating conditions is II.

The base car is the Vaz 2114 station wagon

Recoverable part: wheel hub.

Eliminated malfunction: wear of holes for studs of wheels attachment.

Conclusion

In the course project, the production program for the maintenance and repair of the undercarriage of the car is calculated.

Particular attention was paid to restoring the operability of the hub of the VAZ car. Recommendations for maintenance and repair of cars are given. A defective map of possible failures of the car hub has been developed. The process sheet for replacement of the car hub is presented.

The results of the course design can be successfully applied at automobile enterprises of the Lugansk People's Republic.
