Gas supply
The project developed gas supply to a separate autonomous boiler house with water heating boilers "Micro-200" and "Micro-100." Efficient use of gas is ensured by installing modern economical Micro boilers, the heat exchange surfaces of which are equipped with ribs of a special design that increases the heat transfer of the boiler with low aerodynamic resistance. The new design of the gas burner with the gas regulator universal "Honey SMART EC 7800" provides gas combustion in economical mode. The boiler room is equipped with three Micro boilers with a thermal capacity of 200kW each, and one Micro boiler with a thermal capacity of 100kW, an operating pressure of up to 0.3 MPa in the heating network and a maximum water temperature at the outlet of the boiler of 95 ° С. The boilers are equipped with an automation unit that ensures safe operation in accordance with the regulatory documentation.
Gas supply source - AGRS44, Otradny.
The boiler house gas pipeline is connected to the existing low pressure gas pipeline with diameter D = 89 mm. laid to the boiler room .
The gas pipeline is installed from steel electric welded pipes according to GOST 1070491, from steel grade B St3 sp. as per GOST 380388.
After installation and testing, the gas pipeline is protected against corrosion by yellow paint coatings for external application of GOST 1422089 with a coating of two layers of CS primer - 010 GOST 1014474 and two layers of enamel KHV125 according to GOST 935581 according to item 81 of SNiP42012002g.
The low pressure gas pipeline shall be tested for tightness with a pressure of P = 0.3 MPa (3.0 kg/cm ²) within 1 hour .
Install "Micro200," "Micro-100" boilers in accordance with manufacturer's certificate and installation drawing.
Gas flow meter SGTK2R100/0.2 with power supply unit ASK 9/2 and GSMmodem Siemens TC35 and gas filter FG1680DPD is provided for gas flow metering.
G mach = 100 m ³/h, with a gas flow rate of 76.3 m ³/h .
Ventilation of the room where gas equipment is installed, supply, natural, providing three times air exchange per hour. Air flow is carried out through a zhalyuziyny lattice by size 620kh580mm. Drawing - through deflector D = 300 mm.
Combustion products are discharged through two chimneys Dnar = 426mm. The connection of the boiler flue pipe with the chimney is made of thin-sheet steel with a thickness of 1.3mm, Dnar = 426mm, laid with a slope of 0.01 towards the boilers and painted with heat-resistant enamel KO- 811 (MSTU 61059665) in 2 times.
After completion of installation works, the chimneys shall be checked by the local VDPO for compliance with their requirements. The suitability of the chimneys shall be reflected by an act in accordance with the established form, followed by delivery to the operating organization of the gas facility together with the as-built documentation.
Power supply of the room is performed according to PUE standards.
The building where the boilers are installed should be equipped with fire fighting equipment.
By the time of gas start-up, assign a person responsible for the gas farm and train the boiler room maintenance personnel according to
"Safety rules for gas distribution and gas consumption systems." Installation, testing of gas pipelines and gas equipment shall be performed in accordance with SNiP42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems," "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" PB12-529-03, SP 421012003 "General Provisions for the Design and Construction of Gas Distribution Systems from Metal and
polyethylene pipes. " Construction shall be carried out by a specialized installation organization .
Test the gas pipelines in the boiler house with a pressure of 0.01 MPa for 1 hour.
Conclude an agreement with Otradnoemezhraigaz branch of SVGK LLC for the maintenance of the low-pressure gas pipeline, gas equipment and boiler room metering devices.
1. Heating
To create a positive temperature in the boiler room, with permanent maintenance personnel, return pipelines from the hot water supply system of residential buildings are installed without insulation.
Maintenance and operation
Maintenance shall be limited to periodic monitoring of structures and ensuring normal operation of the chimney. Pay special attention to the state of the barrel attachment parts.
In addition, in winter, special attention should be paid to the state of icing of the stack shaft and the smoke outlet.
During periodic inspections, the condition of the anticorrosion coating and the metal of the gas discharge stack (in terms of corrosion) should be monitored. Inspection dates:
1. General inspection (barrel, condition of bolted anchorages of anchor bolts, etc.) - twice a year.
2. Inspection of the state of coating of the barrel metal - once a month.
If the coating is broken, the thickness of the coated metal shall be checked (if necessary, the wall shall be drilled). If, as a result of corrosion, the thickness of the barrel wall reaches 3 mm in the area of more than 30% of the perimeter, the pipe is dismantled.
All inspection results are recorded in the log of the established form, as per PB 0344502 .
Thermal mechanical part
The project has developed the installation of three gas boilers "Micro 200" and one "Micro 100" for hot water supply to railway on Pervomaiskaya street 53, 55B.
Coolant temperature at the boiler outlet is 95 ° С, at the boiler inlet is 70 ° С.
Boiler piping shall be installed from steel electric welded pipes GOST 10704 91, GOST 3262 - 75.
Horizontal sections of pipelines are laid with a slope of at least 0.002. The upper point of the supply and return pipelines is provided with the installation of an automatic air intake valve.
The project provides for the installation of modern equipment of foreign production.
To accommodate the excess water generated during heating of the coolant, the project developed an installation in the boiler room of a closed expansion tank with a capacity of 400 liters.
Circulation in the heating system is artificial. To create the head, it is planned to install two circulation pumps UPS 40 120 F series 200 of GRUNDFOS (one working, second standby) on the return pipeline with a three-stage operation mode and a thermal relay connected to the motor winding.
Pumps are economical, productive and low noise.

The minimum head upstream of the suction nozzle shall be at least 0.45 bar at T = 90 ° C.
The pump shall be installed after completion of all welding and soldering operations and washing of boiler piping, as contamination can disrupt the pumps. The arrow on the pump body indicates the direction of water flow. GRUNDFOS pumps need no maintenance.
Make-up of the heating system is provided in the return pipeline, at the place of the heat assembly through an automatic valve connected to a tank with a volume of 3 m ³.
Lowering of water from boilers and safety valves is designed for sewage system. After installation of pipelines and equipment it is necessary to perform hydraulic pressure test equal to 1.5 working pressure, but not less than 0.2 MPa (2 kgf/cm ³). Boilers with GOST shall be tested by the pressure specified therein.
Pressure measurement shall be performed by two pressure gauges, one of which shall be a control pressure gauge.
Water with a temperature not lower than 5 ° C and not higher than 40 ° C shall be used for hydraulic tests.
The time for holding the boiler and pipe systems under test pressure must be at least 10 minutes. Pressure drop during tests is not allowed.
After the test pressure is reduced to the working pressure, all boiler components and pipe systems, welds along their entire length shall be thoroughly inspected. All pipelines are painted with BT - 177 paint in 2 layers according to GF - 020 steepness.
The supply pipeline within the boiler room is insulated by modern effective materials - cylinders made of mineral wool, which has a low coefficient of thermal conductivity with a coating layer made of sheet metal. Return pipeline is not isolated.
Grounding
According to PUE the boiler house on explosion safety belongs to the zone V1a, on RD 34.21.12287 to Ι Ι categories of lightning protection.
Lightning protection consists of lightning receptacle installed on chimney, lightning outlet and grounding conductor of 4 electrodes with value of pulse resistance not more than 10 ohm.
Boiler room refers to rooms with increased danger (PUE, item 1.1.13).
To protect people from electric shock in case of insulation damage and to protect against static electricity, the project provides an internal grounding circuit of the boiler room, consisting of 4x25 strip steel, which is welded to the boiler frame.
In order to equalize the potentials inside the room, all pipelines, metal fasteners, process equipment housings are connected to the internal circuit, except for electrical equipment housings and electrical equipment. Connections shall be made using separate branches on welding or bolted connection according to class 2 GOST 1043482.
Connect the internal grounding circuit to the external lightning protection grounding device of the pipe and the protective core of the supply cable.
Before performing work on the installation of an external grounding device, determine the exact location of existing underground structures and withstand a distance of at least 10 m from them. The installation organization must draw up an act for hidden works, in accordance with the requirements of the RD 34.21.12287, presented to objects of the III category for lightning protection. Power supply shall be performed only by cables with metal armor, shell or in metal pipes (at length more than 50 m).
