1.2. Design Input:
- Design assignment from year 11.02.10.
1.3. The project is designed for the following construction conditions:
- climatic area II B
- outside air temperature of the coldest five-day period - 29 ° С
1.4. A brief characteristic of the object: a 2-room apartment of a 5-story residential building, brick walls, partitions - brick, reinforced concrete floors.
The project is carried out in accordance with the current norms and rules and ensures safe operation of the facility subject to the measures envisaged by the project.
Main technical and economic indicators.
Area of the apartment after redevelopment:
- total area - 44.8 m2.
- useful area - 41.31 mq.
Architectural and construction solutions.
Architectural and construction solutions have been developed for the reconstruction of apartment premises and the organization of a non-food store.
3.1. Planning solutions.
Reconstruction of the apartment for the store includes:
- dismantling of brick non-bearing partitions (to increase the area of the trading hall);
- a door opening from an existing window opening in the outer wall;
- arrangement of frame-skin partitions with sound insulation along the metal frame;
- installation of wooden door blocks;
- porch arrangement at the entrance to the magazine;
- replacement of window units with PVC units;
- arrangement of a new flooring on the existing base.
The reconstruction provides for the creation of a store with the following premises: a trading room, a staff room, a bathroom, a tambour.
Technological solutions
The store is designed to trade non-food goods in retail. Form of trade organization with linear arrangement of equipment. The estimated number of buyers simultaneously in the trading room is 10 people. Trade is made by packaged manufacturers (suppliers) of products.
There is a separate entrance for visitors to the store. The store is loaded through the main entrance directly to the trading room without using the warehouse only in the daytime from 900 to 1900 in the hours before or after the customers visit this store.
The necessary sanitary facilities are provided for the personnel.
The total number of employees is 2 people, including:
- working shift - 1 person.
- swing - 1 person.
The composition of the premises and the equipment of the technological equipment are accepted on the basis of SNiP 2.08.0289 "Public Buildings and Structures," SNiP 2.08.0189 "Residential Buildings" and in accordance with the design assignment.
In the bathroom there is a cabinet for storing harvesting equipment ,
detergents and disinfectants measuring 1000 * 405 * 2050 mm.
The staff room is a meal room and a dressing room, equipped with professional cabinets with separate sections for storing working and home clothes in isolation from each other, a microwave and an electric kettle. The meal rooms are combined with a staff dressing room.
The personnel toilet is equipped with a toilet and a sink for washing hands. The toilet is also equipped with detergents, disinfectants soap, powders, etc.
Garbage from the premises is collected and packed in special plastic bags, and then taken out by specialized transport in agreement with the export organization

Every day all rooms are wet cleaned using detergents and disinfectants. General cleaning and disinfection is performed at least once a month. A separate inventory is allocated for cleaning the premises. Equipment for washing bathrooms has special markings and is stored separately.
The store premises are equipped with furniture and equipment made of environmentally friendly materials with quality certificates, as well as Rostest certificates.
The mode of operation is single-shift. The number of working days in the year is 288. Work shift from 9.00 to 19.00 hours. Regulated break for lunch 60 min .
Utilities.
Water supply.
The water supply system from the existing cold and hot water supply riser, with the installation of sanitary devices in the bathroom room. Water supply from metal-polymer pipes Ø16mm GOST 185992001 *. Install a crane in the toilet at the level of 0.5 m from the floor for water intake. For installation of sanitary devices, refer to section "VK." Installation of water supply systems is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP3.05.0185 * "Internal sanitary and technical systems ."
Sewerage.
Drain from sanitary devices to the existing sewage line from polyethylene pipes Ø50mm and Ø100mm as per GOST 22689.289. Installation of sewage systems is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP3.05.0185 * "Internal sanitary and technical systems."
Heating and ventilation.
Heating and ventilation according to the existing scheme of the residential building. The room ventilation system is autonomous. Air inflow and removal is carried out through periodically opening windows and doors. System of air removal from the bathroom and personnel premises through vertical existing ventilation channels.
Power supply.
Power supply to 220 V voltage for power supply of internal power supply and store lighting (illumination by lighting fixtures with filament lamps and fluorescent lamps), refer to "EOM" section. External power supply from ShchS0.4 kV of house No. 14 Zaozerny mron. Electrical installation works are performed in accordance with PUE requirements.
Fire fighting measures.
Planning decisions are made in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 210197 * "Fire safety of buildings and structures." The premises are provided with fire safety signs in accordance with NPB 16097. Fire extinguishing from a fire hydrant with the required water flow rate at a distance of not more than 150 meters is provided. Rooms are provided with primary fire extinguishing equipment in accordance with PPB 0103 fire extinguishers of type OP-5 (powder) - 2 pcs per this room in accordance with the norms.
Electrical equipment is performed in accordance with the rules of electrical installations. Protective disconnection device is installed. Evacuation exits are equipped with "EXIT" light indicators.
The store is equipped with fire alarm.
Measurements of insulation resistance of wiring and equipment are carried out, there are acts of checks.
