The following redevelopment is carried out in the apartment: - all room partitions together with door sides are dismantled; - on the area of the living room, kitchen and adjoining balcony the kitchen-dining room is organized; - a partition is made separating a section of the corridor along the toilet and bathroom from the kitchen-dining room and the corridor; - partitions are made separating the living rooms from the corridor and dividing them among themselves; -the areas of the adjoining loggia and balcony are attached to the areas of the living rooms and kitchen-dining room, while the structures of the loggia and balcony are insulated. Sections of external walls adjacent to insulated loggia and balcony are dismantled together with window blocks and balcony doors .

Additional information

The three-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building with a load-bearing riggless frame and external walls made of gas silicate blocks, at the address :

The apartment is redeveloped as follows:

- all room partitions together with door sides are removed;

- on the area of the living room, kitchen and adjoining balcony the kitchen-dining room is organized;

a partition is made separating a section of the corridor along the toilet and bathroom from the kitchen-dining room and the corridor;

partitions are made separating the living rooms from the corridor and dividing them among themselves;

the areas of the adjacent loggia and balcony are joined to the areas of the living rooms and the kitchen-dining room, while the structures of the loggia and balcony are insulated. Sections of external walls adjacent to insulated loggia and balcony are dismantled together with window blocks and balcony doors.

Insulation of loggia and balcony structures is performed in accordance with heat engineering calculation according to NSS 2.04.0197 standards. All loggia and balcony structures not adjacent to heated rooms (floor, ceiling, loggia screen) shall be insulated. Part of insulation of loggia and balcony structures is developed on sheet 8. Heat engineering calculation is shown on sheet 9.

Existing - window blocks and balcony doors (in the kitchen and living rooms) must be dismantled, the section of the outer wall should be carefully dismantled. Since the building was structurally decided in a triangular frame, the dismantling of the outer wall will not affect the overall stability of the building structures.

Window blocks from PVC are installed along the outer edge of the loggia and balcony, to the entire height between the top of the screen and the slab of the loggia and balcony slab located above the floor. The window block is attached by spacer dowels into the enclosing loggia and balcony of the structure, with a spacing of 600 mm. Installation of window blocks shall be carried out by the manufacturing organization.

Insulated walls and the ceiling of the loggia and balcony are lined with plasterboard on a wooden frame. Floors shall be made according to insulation, floor covering shall be made of ceramic "Gres" tiles.

Heating devices located along the outer walls are transferred to the outer walls of the loggia and balcony .

Work on the transfer of the heating device must be carried out in the warm season (before the heating season). Procedure of works execution:

disconnect the riser from the quaternary heating system, and drain the water if necessary;

remove the existing heating device and part of the riser;

install a new heating device and connect it to the existing heating riser.

The diagram of the transfer of heating devices is shown on sheet 11.

The partition separating the kitchen-dining room and the corridor from the bath and toilet is made of ceramic brick KRO 100/35 STB 116099 on cement mortar of grade 25. Inter-room partitions shall be made of gas silicate blocks 100 mm thick on cement = lime mortar of grade 25. Affixing of newly made partitions to walls and floors should be performed by units on folies10. The newly made masonry is plastered and finished.

Existing bathroom and toilet equipment is not dismantled during redevelopment.

Conclusions:

The redevelopment performed in the apartment will not affect the stability of the structures of the residential building as a whole.

Work on the installation of an opening in the panel between the kitchen and the dining room and the enlargement of the opening in the corridor should be carried out by a specialized organization licensed for this type of work.
