Description
Rectification column - Rectification columns are used in distillation processes, extractive rectification, liquid extraction, heat exchange between steam and liquid and in other processes [1]. The same principle of operation of the distillation column is used both in relatively simple laboratory devices and in complex industrial installations of oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, gas, brewing and other industries. The diameter of industrial distillation columns can reach 16 meters, and the height - 90 meters or more.
