1. General Data

1.1 Working documentation for the facility "Reconstruction of the warehouse in the industrial district of Khabarovsk. Warehouse "is made on the basis of:

1.2 The working project for the construction of the finished product warehouse has been developed for construction under the following natural and climatic conditions:

- construction area as per SNiP 230199 * "Construction climatology" - I V

- standard value of wind pressure for III district as per SNiP 2.01.0785 * - 0.38 kPa

- design value of snow cover weight for the II area as per SNiP 2.01.0785 * - 1.2 kPa

- temperature of the coldest five-day period - minus 31 ° С

- fire resistance rating of the structure - II (as per SNiP 210197)

- structural fire hazard class - С 0

- functional fire hazard class - F 5.2 "Warehouse buildings"

- seismicity - 6 points.

2. Design Solutions

2.1The stock is not heated, it is provided for storage of non-combustible and non-toxic materials of Rosreserva, which belong to production category "D."

2.2 Steel grades and rolled stock profiles are adopted on the basis of the product grade of the Khabarovsk Steel Structure Plant STO ASCHM 2093 and the "Reduced Metal Rolling Grade."

2.3 Structural diagram of the building - metal frame of transverse trusses. Stability of the frame is provided by vertical links along the columns and horizontal links along the covering trusses. The conjugation of the column with the foundation is rigid. The coupling of trusses with columns is hinged.

2.4 To reduce the impact of seismic loads, a symmetrical building design with a uniform distribution of structural stiffness is adopted.

2.5 Upon completion of the warehouse reconstruction the building volume will be 5650m3, area - 1008 m2

3. Architectural and planning solutions

3.1 Elevation of existing floor of the first floor is accepted as elevation 0.000.

3.2 Warehouse is made in metal design with plan dimensions of 21.0x48.0x6.85 m with column pitch in longitudinal direction of 6.0 m.

3.3 Columns are made of beams I 25B2.

Trusses L = 21 m: - lower belt ∟75kh6;

- upper belt I 25B1.

Roof - arched type.

The coating and wall enclosure are made of profile H577500,6.

Horizontal and vertical links are made of ∟75kh6.

3.4 The foundation was made on the basis of engineering and geological surveys No. 740, performed in April 2009. LLC "Engineering Surveys."

The foundations are designed with piles on a monolithic pile.

Existing floors are made in concrete version δ = 200 mm, designed for load not more than 400 kg/mq.

3.5 Gate - in metal design, individual design (see part of NPP) and the Customer's wish itself.

4. Fire hazard measures

4.1 The building relates to the III degree of fire resistance, based on the requirements of the "Customer" for the storage and storage of materials.

4.2 Cover all metal columns of the frame, column links, trusses with fire-retardant coating "OSKM1" of CJSC "Consorn" of Vladivostok TU152600448496212004.

- on columns - 12 mm thick;

- for communication by columns - 22 mm.

on truss elements:

- upper belt - 12 mm thick;

- other elements - 22 mm thick.

After drying to paint a surface two layers of GOST 699379 XB1100 enamel on primer XC010 on TU-6-10-1301-83, thickness of a covering of 60 microns.

5. Electric lighting

Lighting systems and types are provided in accordance with SNiP230595. The design provides for working lighting. Lighting is accepted in accordance with the requirements of the current standards.

Engineering networks - sewers, water supply, ventilation, etc. (except for electrical) are not provided by the project.

6. Environmental protection

The building, made in accordance with construction standards, has no practical impact on the environment.

During construction works it is necessary to carry out environmental protection measures in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 12012004 - "Organization of Construction Production" Section 11 - "Environmental Protection."

The following wastes are generated during construction:

- hazard class 5 - soil not contaminated with hazardous substances 1.2 m3/period is used in planning works;

- Metal residues - 60 kg/period, retained and exported for further use.

No production and consumption waste is generated during the operation of the warehouse.

7. General Health and Safety Measures for Erection

During the briefing, pay special attention to the following sections of Safety Precautions:

1. Operation of lifting machines and mechanisms;

2. Operation of tools;

3. Loading and unloading works;

4. Electrical safety

5. Work at altitude;

6. Installation works;

7. Electro - gas welding works.

Persons who have undergone a medical examination are allowed for installation work. All installation personnel shall be provided with helmets, and persons working at height with safety belts and shoes with a sole that prevents sliding.

When performing installation work, ensure that the organization of workplaces ensures the safety of the work.

Work places shall be equipped with floors, fences, protective safety devices.

It is forbidden to install the equipment simultaneously at different elevations along the same vertical line.

Locations for lifting and moving units shall be well illuminated. In case of insufficient lighting of the place of work - the work is prohibited.

The alarm shall be arranged in such a way that all signals to the crane driver and the winch motorist, as well as the workers on the drawers, are supplied only by one person responsible for lifting or a specially appointed signalman.

All works related to lifting, transportation and installation of units shall be carried out under the direct supervision of the works manufacturer responsible for safe maintenance of these works.

The manufacturer of works is obliged to:

- In case of horizontal movement of blocks lift not less than 0.5 m higher than obstacles encountered in the way.

- Rigging devices and slings shall be tested before use. In addition, slings must comply with the requirements of:

Welders who have passed tests in accordance with the "Test Rules for Electric Welders and Gas Welders" are allowed for electric gas welding.

Regardless of the above requirements, general mandatory safety measures shall be observed in accordance with the current TB rules for construction and installation work and the Ministry approved safety instructions for certain types of work.

a) to study the project of works execution, to establish the procedure of works execution and measures ensuring their safety,

b) ensure order and cleanliness at workplaces;

c) check the condition of tools, devices mechanisms, power tools (correct switching on, insulation state, grounding reliability, etc.), fire extinguishing means

d) make sure that the upcoming work does not pose a danger to the life and health of workers.

The manufacturer shall specify the hazardous area boundary before commencing work. The danger area shall be marked with visible warning signs or inscriptions.

The presence of unauthorized persons in the installation work area is strictly prohibited.

All works (installation, operation, etc.) related to lifting machines, mechanisms, rigging devices shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for arrangement and safety of operation of lifting cranes."

The weight of the lifted cargo, taking into account the lifting devices, shall not exceed the maximum lifting capacity of the crane. Lifting of loads close to crane lifting capacity shall be performed in two receptacles:

first, the load is lifted to a height of 100 mm (check the suspension, stability and reliability of the crane brakes), then to the required height. Do not pull (draw) the units with lifting mechanisms. It is not allowed to sling the cargo in unstable position, correct the position of the elements of slinging devices on the raised load, pull the cargo in case of oblique arrangement of load ropes.

Lifting of elements must be smooth without jerks and tremors. During lifting, swinging of elements is not allowed, it is forbidden to transfer structures with cranes above the work station of installers and above the adjacent grip.

In order to prevent emergency situations, it is forbidden to:

- after disabling the load, send a signal to the crane driver to lift the slings, not making sure that the slings are retracted from the load by a distance ensuring their free lifting;

- install structures by means of their dragging at oblique tension of rope of lifting mechanism;

- be on elements and structures during their lifting, movement and installation;

- move the installed structures after their disassembly;

- use additional ladders for disassembly and installation of temporary anchorages;

- lift structures and elements that do not have mounting loops, ensuring their safe slinging and installation;

- go over the installed elements and structures that do not have fences and stand on them;

- use sledgehammers to force the structure into place;

- put the mounting devices and tools on the mounted structures and at the edges of the floors.

The following requirements must be strictly observed outside working hours:

- hook holder must be in upper position;

- do not leave slings and other GPS on hook race.

Install protective barriers according to GOST 12.4.05989 along the contour of the finished slab and open openings, if it is impossible to install protective barriers, use safety belts.

Ladders and ladders for the work of installers shall meet the requirements of 7.4.237.4.30 SNiP 12032001.

At the boundary of the hazardous area, install warning signs (sign N3) GOST 12.4.02676, warning about the operation of cranes, with their suspension in the dark.

Workers shall be provided with protective helmets and workwear. Workers working at height shall be provided with checked and tested safety belts with safety carbines fixed to a reliable structure specified by the foreman or foreman. Belts shall be inventory and tested.

A two-way radio communication must be established between the crane operator and the sling operator.

Familiarize under the signature with the PPR data:

- person responsible for safe operation of cranes and for safe operation of removable load-gripping devices and containers;

- crane operators;

- installers.

Storage of lubricants and gas cylinders at the construction site is not provided. Deliver as required according to process requirements.

Places of fire works and installation of welding units and transformers shall be cleaned from burned materials within a radius of at least 5 meters.

Electrical safety at the construction site and work sites shall be ensured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12032001.
