Introduction

This project for the reconstruction of the forehead in is carried out within the framework of the ________________.

Plenum system P-1 is designed to supply treated outdoor air to the premises of the afterburner pump. The plenum unit AT4 12x12 of the internal design of ALKO THERM manufactured in Germany is adopted as the plenum unit. This unit has two degrees of coarse and medium cleaning.

Heat supply of the heater is received from the existing input unit. Heat insulation is provided in pipelines to prevent heat loss of coolant. Adjustment of the required amount of coolant on the heating unit is designed to install a three-way valve with an analogue drive associated with the air temperature sensor in the serviced rooms.

Air removal is provided by mechanical and natural exhaust ventilation systems B1, B-2, B3, EV-1, EV2.

Exhaust system B-1 provides air removal from the bathrooms;

Exhaust system B-2 provides removal of air from the premises of permanent stay of personnel;

The B-3 exhaust system ensures the removal of air from the bowling recreation area.

Ventilation units of mechanical exhaust systems are provided for channel type. The discharge of the removed air is accepted above the roof level by one meter.

Existing natural exhaust systems EV1, EV-2 provide air removal from the dance hall.

To create comfortable conditions in the bowling recreation area, the installation of the split system K 2 is designed.

According to the Technical Specifications for the engine room of the bowling, a K 2 split system has been designed to maintain an air temperature of not more than + 28 ° С.

To prevent ingress of external air in the cold period of the year into the premises of the FCC, installation of air curtains VZ1, VZ-2, VZ3 with electric heaters above the entrance doors is provided.

When designing, the requirements for creating sanitary and hygienic and comfortable conditions for rest are taken into account.

The basis of the design of the FCC reconstruction is the principle of supplying treated outdoor air to ensure permissible meteorological conditions of the air in the premises of permanent stay of personnel.

Design temperature of external air for the cold period of time of 23 wasps. For maintenance of admissible parameters of the air environment in the served rooms during the cold period of year external air heats up to temperature +18os after air-heating installation.

Description of the adopted design solutions

Grounding

The grounding of the equipment is performed by the grounding core (zero protective conductor PEN) of the cable laid in a common shell with phase L1, L2, L3 conductors of the supply cable .

Instrumentation and automated control systems

During equipment operation the following parameters are monitored:

differential pressure on filters G4, (Differential sensor - air pressure switch, type DTV 200, 20200Pa). Mach drop 225Pa;

differential pressure on filters F6, (Differential sensor - air pressure switch, type DTV 200, 50500Pa). Mach drop 425Pa.

The following protections, interlocks and alarms are used to protect the equipment:

protection of the air heating unit against freezing, acting on: disconnection of the operating ventilation unit at decrease of the plenum air temperature after the air heater to 20OS; closing of the air valve at the head of the ventilation unit;

closing of the air valve on the head of the corresponding ventilation unit when it is disconnected by the operator or by the action of protections (electric or from freezing);

alarm on the system LMS at: reaching of the limit pressure drop at the filter units (G4, F-6), at actuation of the freezing protection.

The project provides for interlocking with APS.

Equipment Management

Control of fans, electrified air valves at the head of the ventilation units is carried out from the local control panel (MSHU) of the ventilation system installed in room No. 9 (engineering unit) of the FCC. On MSHU there are:

ventilation units operation mode selection bodies;

controls of ventilation units;

controls of electrified air valves;

alarm of state of ventilation units, air valves;

alarm of freezing protection actuation;

signalling of achievement of maximum pressure drop at filter units;

alarm of equipment power supply availability;

protection, automation and interlocking devices.

Shutdown of the ÷ V-3 P-1 V-1 ventilation system is made automatically at operation of any of automatic fire announcers of FOKa established in rooms.

Occupational safety

Labour  protection is a system of legislative acts, socio-economic, organizational, technical, hygienic and therapeutic and preventive measures and means to ensure the safety, health and efficiency of a person.

Hazardous and harmful production factors inherent in the production processes in the FOK building include mainly the following:

danger of electric current damage;

exposure to fire hazards;

possibility of injury upon contact with rotating, moving mechanisms;

Industrial safety

Personnel safety is ensured by the implementation of a set of organizational and technical measures regulated by regulatory documents (LP) on labor protection and safe work with increased danger.

The personnel which underwent instructing, training, an examination and having certificates on the right of production of the corresponding types of works are allowed to equipment maintenance.

Elimination of personnel injuries associated with contact with rotating and moving mechanisms is determined by the design of the installed equipment (presence of fences) and organizational measures given in the LP.

Electrical equipment, electrical equipment, cables and wires, switchgears of all types and voltages were selected from the corresponding voltage classes taking into account environmental conditions, and according to their nominal parameters they satisfy operating conditions, both in normal modes and in short circuits, overloads and overvoltages. The applied electrical protections are selected with the minimum possible time delay, up to instantaneous shutdown, taking into account the own time of operation of the protective device.

Protection against unintentional touching of current-carrying parts is provided by protective shells and insulating housings of electrical equipment and equipment, insulation of current-carrying parts of the corresponding voltage class, selection of insulation distances in the design of electrical installations.

Protection from touching the metal parts of electrical equipment normally not energized, but which may be energized in case of insulation damage (emergency conditions), is provided by tapping and grounding of the metal housings of the corresponding equipment and air ducts, while using the existing grounding circuit of HLTV.

Fire safety

Fire safety - the state of the facility, in which the regulated probability eliminates the possibility of fire occurrence and development and the impact of dangerous fire factors on people, as well as the protection of material assets.

The category of FOK premises according to ONTP2486 "Determination of the category of premises and buildings by explosive and fire hazard" corresponds to category D. Radiation safety.

Environmental impact assessment

The P-1 ventilation system is an plenum ventilation system. The outside air after the double degree of purification (coarse-G-4 and medium F-6) and heating to the design temperatures is supplied to the FOK rooms in accordance with the existing design. Removal of the incoming air given by a regular incoming system is made by exhaust systems - V-1 ÷V3 and the natural exhaust EB 1, EB 2 systems. Based on the above, these common ventilation systems do not affect the environment.
