In accordance with the accepted heat source heat supply system

water, closed, double-tube is provided.

The circuit of the thermal network is adopted dead end.

The project takes into account the transfer of the Du600 mm main pipeline. taking into account

requirements of item 9.7 of SNiP 41032003. Transportable Trunk Section

pipeline is laid in reinforced concrete semi-passageways

Du600 mm pipes are used for laying. in polyurethane foam

insulation as per GOST 307322006. At the tie-in point of the transportable trunk

a heat chamber is installed in the existing heating network. In thermal

Du80 mm projected pipeline is designed for the chamber. crashes into the portable

Du600 mm main pipeline. From the camera to the physical education building

heat network is laid in impassable

reinforced concrete channels. Du80 mm pipes are used for laying. in

polyurethane foam insulation according to GOST 307322006.

For compensation of thermal deformations of pipelines of heat networks

self-compensation is used.

Pipelines are installed on welding. Piping installation in

insulation from polyurethane foam shall be made specialized

installation organization. Sealing of welded joints of pipes with SGP-insulation

made using a shell of polyurethane foam and roll

heat shrinkable materials.

At the outlet of the heat chamber and at the entrance to the building insert

not less than 3 meters long from non-combustible materials (cylinders of heat insulation

mineral wool on synthetic binder as per TU 5762-

010-45757203-01, 40 mm thick produced by Mineralnaya Wata CJSC).
