Introduction

In the creation of national wealth, the country has an important role in capital construction, during which new housing, public and production funds are created. Industrial construction is one of the most important parts of capital construction. The objects of such construction are enterprises of mechanical engineering, precision and ultra-precision instrument making and other industries.

Industrial buildings are designed to carry out production processes in them for various industries. Industrial buildings contain large rooms - workshops. The nature and technological equipment of production processes require large sizes of workshop premises, and the need for natural lighting - large light projections in the outer walls and special superstructures - large lights - on the roofs of the workshops. These buildings are characterized by large divisions of architectural forms, their simplicity and clarity.

Industrial buildings shall provide the necessary operating conditions and normal life of the person engaged in the production process. The set of these requirements determines the corresponding operating mode supported in the building by air exchange, heating, sewage, lighting, water and power supply, sound absorption, etc.

Reconstruction - a complex of the construction works and organizational and technical actions connected with change of the key technical and economic indicators of the building (quantities and the areas of apartments, total structural volume and total area of the building, capacity or capacity) or its appointments (function) and carried out for improvement of conditions of increase in volume or the number of services.

Redevelopment - an event carried out during the modernization, accompanying the overhaul or reconstruction of the building, aimed at changing the planning structure of apartments, sections or the entire building in order to increase comfort conditions.

Structural solution of the building during its reconstruction

The building is 2 storeys, rectangular in plan.

Constructive scheme: walls are executed from gas-silicate panels 1200х3000х300 plastered by limy and sand solution from within and outside.

Floorings are made of railway slabs. There are no windows.

Vertical communications - stairs of 2 marching, railway beams along the skewers.

The building is in poor condition, most of the load-bearing structures do not fulfill their technical requirements.

Based on the year of construction of the building, the characteristics of its structural elements, materials, decoration, as well as the analysis of the planning structure, it can be concluded that the layout of the building needs a comprehensive transformation, and many structural elements do not meet the current fire requirements, degree of capital, degree of fire resistance .

Idea-concept of the implemented version of industrial building reconstruction

The functional purpose of this structure during the reconstruction is supposed to be completely changed. The first floor and subsequent floors provide for the placement of a covered ski area with an open part. The administrative part will be located in the ABC on the first and second floors.

The entire building carries the function of a public one, which will allow you to recoup the reconstruction. Some features have been replaced. It was necessary to completely change the purpose of the building, which, in principle, succeeded .

The facade was significantly changed, increased in height. The area of ​ ​ the object itself has increased. At this facility, we fully implemented all the requirements that we posed to ourselves .
