Introduction
Construction is one of the main areas of human production. The variety of structures of buildings and structures gives rise to the need to develop and apply a wide range of construction technologies. The study of construction production technology is based on knowledge in the field of building materials and products, making architectural and planning decisions, structural systems of buildings and structures, organization and management of construction, construction machines, labor protection and safety.
The main task of construction is the most efficient use of capital investments, the commissioning of new capacities (buildings, structures) in the shortest possible time with minimal costs.
This task can be solved by in-line organization of labor, complex mechanization of construction and installation works, introduction into construction production of the latest scientific developments and advanced methods of work of innovators and increase the level of industrialization of construction, development of a system of quality control of works, compliance with health, safety and fire safety rules.
The use of precast reinforced concrete, which is accepted as the basis to the maximum extent possible in the developed diploma project, allows you to mechanize the work as much as possible and significantly reduce the construction time.
The minimum costs for the construction of facilities can be ensured with universal variant design, both when making design and planning decisions, and when choosing the technology for the execution and organization of construction processes.
The high quality of construction works, which in turn depends on the quality of engineering and geological surveys, design work and the construction of the facility, also contributes to the improvement of construction efficiency.
