3 description of peculiarities of works performance
The work is carried out on the territory of the existing enterprise. On the side of axis "B" at a distance of 10.011.0m there is an existing access road, on the side of axis "A" at a distance of 3.0 m - an access road to warehouses (technological passage).
In the preparatory period of 0.5 months, the following works are performed:
- arrangement of storage areas and temporary buildings for administrative and domestic purposes, taking into account the requirements of fire safety and industrial sanitation ;
Arrangement of access roads with maximum use of existing and designed roads and sites;
- general planning works, arrangement of drainage channels.
In the main period, work is carried out on the construction of the warehouse building, landscaping and landscaping of the adjacent territory.
Drilling of boreholes for bored piles is carried out - by a pit, based on Mitsubishi Fuso .
Work on the supply of steel structures, profiler and other materials is carried out using a crane on a special passage of type "SR250spV" KATO "with a boom length of 16.530.5m, lifting capacity up to 25 tons.
Trusses are transported to the site by installation units. On a special bench, the truss is assembled and reinforced with additional rods. The rods are fixed in such a way that they perceive the weight of the truss from the points of fixation of the slings. Plane crossbeam is used for slinging. The trusses are installed after the columns are fully fixed with all the spatial connections provided by the design. The first mounted truss is fixed with braces. Each subsequent one is fixed by spatial connections to the previous one. The spatial stability of the building is provided by rigid upper frame assemblies, longitudinal vertical connections and a rigid coating disk.
Concrete in the structure is supplied using badges and rotary bins. Concrete is delivered to the site using concrete mixers.
During the construction process, an assessment of the work performed, the results of which affect the safety of the facility, should be carried out, but in accordance with the accepted technology become inaccessible for control after the start of subsequent work. The results of acceptance of works concealed by subsequent works in accordance with the requirements of the design and regulatory documentation are executed by acts of inspection of hidden works in accordance with Appendix "B" SNiP 12012004.
- inspection of soils of the base for compliance with the accepted in the design ;
- geodetic breakdown of axes, removal of elevations on the ground;
- drilling of wells, inspection of depth and diameter of wells;
- concreting of pile foundations, foundation beams and pedestals;
- insulation, floors;
- installation and corrosion protection of reinforcement, embedded parts in monolithic structures of foundations;
- installation of steel structures, welding works;
- construction of roof and enclosing structures;

Construction and installation works, including in winter, shall be carried out in accordance with the work execution project, developed by a specialized organization, guided by the requirements of SNiP 3.01.0384 "Geodetic works in construction," SNiP 3.02.0187 "Earthworks and Foundations, SP501012004" Design and Arrangement of Foundations and Foundations of Buildings and Structures, " SNiP 3.03.0187 "Bearing and enclosing structures," SP 5310198 "Manufacturing and quality control of steel building structures," SNiP 3.04.0187 "Insulation and finishing coatings" and other regulatory documents.
In order to clarify and develop the decisions made in the construction organization project, the contracting organization must develop a work execution project (PDP).
In the project of work execution it is necessary to pay special attention to:
- arrangement of bored piles;
- installation of columns and trusses, construction of rigid links of the building;
- safe operation of drilling rig and crane on special chassis.

Quality assurance of construction and installation works shall be achieved by systematic control of each production process and its fixation in a special log book.
Constant monitoring of compliance with vertical and horizontal elevations and arrangement of parts in the plan is a prerequisite for installation works.
All items to be delivered are subject to incoming inspection, which consists in passport verification, external inspection
Methods of quality control of construction and installation works, the procedure and scope of its performance shall be established by the work execution project and performed in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents
The geodetic basis for the construction of the designed site shall be created by the customer at least 10 days before the start of construction and installation works and include.
1) signs of the construction site layout network;
2) planned (axial) signs of the external layout network of the building (structure) in the amount of at least 4 for each axis;
3) planned (axial) signs of linear structures defining the axis, beginning, end of the route, wells (chambers) fixed in straight sections not less than 0.5 km later and at the angles of the route turn;
4) leveling benchmarks along the boundaries and inside the built-up area near each building (structure) - at least one, along the axes of engineering networks - at least in 0.5 km.
Sizes of average quadratic errors of creation of marking network of the building site are accepted on Construction Norms and Regulations 3.01.0384.
Design solutions and measures for environmental protection during construction
Construction and installation works, movement of machines and mechanisms, warehousing and storage of materials in places not provided for by the work execution project are prohibited.
On the construction site, zones are installed within which water, sewage for industrial and household needs can be used; removal of this water, including from the washing of the wheels, is carried out in special settling tanks, from which the silt is exported to the places determined by the sanitary inspection station by the machines of the Special Auto Farm.
Domestic waste collection shall be provided in the waste collector installed on the concreted site. Construction debris should be taken to the place reserved by the customer.
Store pulverized materials in closed containers, which exclude spraying during loading and unloading;
After the completion of the main construction and installation work, the construction organization must restore the catchment ditches, as well as give the terrain a design relief .
