2. Plot Planning Scheme

2.1 The plot planned for the construction of the warehouse is located on the territory of the Dalniy plant located on 7 Flegontova Street in the city of Khabarovsk.

2.2 Currently, the existing wooden warehouse to be demolished is located on the building area.

The designed site is limited to:

- from the north - existing development;

- from the east - the existing railway track;

- from the south - existing warehouse;

- from the west - the existing technological passage.

2.3 The terrain is flat with a slight slope in the western direction. Surface runoff organized along existing soil ditches.

The project does not provide for cutting down green spaces.

There is no vegetal soil.

Other measures for preliminary engineering preparation of the territory before the start of construction are not required.

2.4 The project provides for the construction of a warehouse and the reconstruction of existing access roads and a rack.

The building is carried out according to an individual project, without highlighting queues and launch complexes.

2.5 The development master plan is developed in accordance with the requirements of:

- SNiP 2.07.0189 * "Urban planning. Planning and development of urban and rural settlements ";

- technical regulations on fire safety requirements (Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 123FZ of July 22, 2008).

Installation of the structure is performed with observance of fire breaks .

The boundaries of the territory are determined taking into account existing development.

2.6 Vertical layout of the designed development is made taking into account:

- boundaries of the allotted area;

- height position of adjacent structures;

- maximum use of terrain and minimum volumes of earthworks;

- exclusion of stagnation of surface water on the site and flooding near the located structures.

According to the conditions of the existing relief, the project provides for a continuous layout of the territory. Surface water removal is provided for the covering of driveways and reinforced concrete trays with subsequent release into the existing drainage system.

To prevent erosion, planned areas of the relief are strengthened by sowing grasses along a layer of plant soil.

2.7 The project developed the reconstruction of transport links,

ensuring accessibility to the designed structure.

The main entrance is supposed to be from the southeast side.

Paving of driveways, areas for cars and overpasses is provided from asphalt concrete.

2.8 The project provides for the full restoration of the landscaping damaged as a result of the construction. Areas free from development and coatings are landscaped by arranging a lawn with sprinkling of plant soil.

2.9 General plan indicators are given on GP1 sheet.

2.10 External fire extinguishing is provided from fire hydrants located on the designed water supply networks, with the possibility of fire engines entering the building.

The total width of the passage for fire equipment is 6.0 m, in accordance with article 67, item 6.7 of the "Technical Regulation on Fire Safety Requirements (Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 123FZ of July 22, 2008)."

Storm sewer design solutions

The considered site for the period of construction commencement is built up, a water disposal system is present .

The design solutions for storm sewage are made on the basis of the "Decisions on the planning of the territory," developed in the section "Scheme of organization of the land plot ."

The collection of runoff along the site is organized taking into account the lowering of the relief, in the western direction, taking into account the design planning of the development site and the adjacent area.

Surface water removal is provided by an open method for the coverage of driveways, prefabricated reinforced concrete trays with subsequent release into the existing drainage system.

The following are accepted as products:

- reinforced concrete trays L18, L2-8 series 3.006.1-2.87;

- metal diam pipes. 600mm, as per GOST 183980;
