Introduction
Road transport is the main part of the unified transport system. He takes a direct part in the production of material goods, carrying out the transportation of labor and labor, occupies a leading position in meeting the constantly growing needs of the national economy of our country, etc. By road, more than 85% of household goods are transported, 90% of passengers. Road transport has a higher rate of development than other modes of transport.
The wide use of road transport is determined by its advantages, advantages over other modes of transport:
- direct delivery of goods, passengers "door to door";
- adaptability to transport of goods of different dimensions and mass;
- Speed of transportation, small initial capital investments;
- high mobility, high delivery speed.
At the same time, road transport is characterized by a high level of transport costs for all types of transport. Road transportation costs account for 10% of the cost of industrial products, up to 22% - the cost of basic agricultural products, up to 30% of the cost of construction work.
However, the process of motorization is not limited only to an increase in the fleet of cars. The rapid pace of development of vehicles caused certain problems.
With an increase in the level of motorization, an increase in traffic speeds, the danger to human life increases. At the same time, very much attention is paid to protecting the environment from pollution by the exhaust gases of cars. The solution to this problem involves tightening the standards of toxicity of exhaust gases in new developed cars; and also in repair production - high quality of repair and maintenance of cars, or rather fuel equipment. It has been proven that careful compliance with engine standards and parameters ensures a 40% reduction in air pollution.
Over time, a number of irreversible changes occur with the parts of cars, which lead to their aging, formation of defects. The main reasons for ageing include the impact on parts of stresses arising from transmitted forces, as well as dynamic loads from interaction when driving with a road surface; residual stress interactions that occur in some part manufacturing processes; environmental impact - temperature and its changes, humidity, solar radiation, chemically, mechanically and biologically active substances. The action of these factors is associated with complex physicochemical processes and plays a significant role in the formation of defects in car parts and their aging.
It follows that car repair is an objective necessity, which is due to technical and economic reasons.
Firstly, the repair ensures the continued use of those elements of cars that are not completely worn out. As a result, a significant amount of past labor remains.
Secondly, repairs contribute to saving materials for the manufacture of new cars.
When restoring parts, the metal consumption is 20-30 times lower than during their manufacture.
The increase in car production leads to an increase in the absolute volume of repair work. But the numerous system of repair plants, STOA, other enterprises in our republic allows us to meet the needs of cars for repair.
Transport as part of public production is also studied on the technical side and on the part of public relations. Transport economics studies public relations in transport and the patterns of their development. A large range of issues directly related to the transport process and operation of vehicles is the subject of study of the relevant transport technical sciences. At the same time, the technical and economic sciences, which therefore study the two sides of a single process of social production, are inextricably linked.
The economy of transport, including road transport, studies the effect and forms of manifestation of economic laws in transport, private economic laws inherent in transport, the economic identity of individual transport sub-sectors within transport as an outgrowth of the national economy. It examines the relationship between the system of dominant industrial relations and the development of transport.
Transport is one of the important sectors of social production.
1 Process Part
1.1 Description of the existing situation in the organization
