Space Planning Solution

Before the reconstruction, the residential building consisted of 5 floors. On the floor there were: 2 three-room, 1 two-room and 1 one-room apartments. (see table 1) Each apartment has living rooms, kitchen, corridor, bathroom, toilet.

Overall plan dimensions 22.4 m. at 12.8 m. The height of the premises is 2.8 m. Communication between the floors is carried out using half-floor-high staircases with steps with a 300mm tread and a 150mm approach. The slope of the stairs is 1:2. The stairs fencing is made of metal links, and the handrail is lined with plastic.

Tambour is made triple. All doors along the stairwell and in the vestibule open towards the exit from the building according to fire safety requirements.

As a result of reconstruction, the residential building consists of 5 floors + attic floor. On each floor there are: 3 two-room and 1 one-room apartments (see table 1).

On the attic floor there are: 2 three-room, 1 two-room and 1 one-room apartments .

The first floor was transferred from the housing stock to the non-residential one and a hairdresser was located on it with the following premises: 2 halls of the hairdresser. (see table 1)

Structural solution of the building.

Prior to reconstruction, bearing outer walls made of wall panels had a thickness of 300 mm, inner bearing 180 mm, partitions of 120 mm. Floors made of reinforced concrete slabs.

After the reconstruction of the walls, the bearing external with insulation and the facade system Kraspan .

The attic is built from wooden structures, covered with prof.nastilom.

They made insulation of the walls in accordance with modern requirements. Mineral wool slabs and the facade system of Kraspan are used as insulation, to protect the insulation from external influences, as well as to give greater architectural expressiveness to a residential building.

Heat Engineering Calculation of Enclosing Structure

The structure of the considered wall enclosure of a residential building is layered, consisting of three structural layers in the aggregate forming a system of ventilated facade.

First layer (inner) with thickness of 300 mm - from concrete panel with density of 1800 kg/m

Second layer with thickness (desired value) - thermal insulation plates made of mineral fibre with density of 140 kg/m3

Thermal calculation of attic floor

Determine thickness of attic floor insulation from mineral wool slabs γ = 50 kg/m3

Cover Design:

Precast reinforced concrete slab slab γ = 2500 kg/m3, thickness 0.22 m;

Vapor insulation from the ruberoid layer γ = 600 kg/m3, 0.02 m thick;

Insulation from mineral wool plates γ = 50 kg/m3;

Grout bracing γ = 1800 kg/m3, thickness 0.015.
