1. Introduction

The designed building is a residential multi-storey building for permanent residence of people.

The exterior of the building, its interiors are formed according to the laws of architectural composition. The project provides an optimal environment for a person in the process of performing the functions for which the building is intended. The style of the designed building is chosen so that it fits into the architectural and natural landscape of the proposed construction site, has architectural expressiveness and aesthetics .

This project was developed according to the task of designing a multi-storey residential building.

The design takes into account the requirements of ESKD, SNiP and GOST.

Architectural and planning solution of a residential building

The designed building is a residential building of variable storey. The shape of the building is complex, with dimensions in plan: length 24.600 m, width 21.600 m, floor height 2.800 m. The structural system for buildings is frame with a stiffness core. Spatial rigidity and stability are provided by the connection of the monolithic floor with the columns. In terms of durability, the building belongs to the II degree, since its structural elements are designed for a service life of 60 years. In terms of fire resistance, the building belongs to the II degree, since it has designed walls made of brick, partitions made of brick, floors made of monolithic reinforced concrete, i.e. from difficult-to-burn materials. Building III liability class.

The construction site is located in Gomel. The terrain is calm. The depth of ground freezing was 1.32 m. Normal snow load on the building is 1.0 kPa.

Structural diagram of the building:

3.1 Foundations.

The foundations are designed monolithic reinforced concrete piles. The size of the foundations is assigned structurally. On the surface of the foundations, horizontal waterproofing is provided along the perimeter of walls of 2 layers of bipolycrin on bitumen mastic.

To protect foundations from surface water along the perimeter of the building, asphalt concrete paving with a width of 750 mm along a crushed stone base with a thickness of 100 mm is carried out with a slope of 3% from the building.

3.2 Walls.

In the designed building, the external walls are made of cellular concrete blocks according to STB 111798 with facing with ceramic hollow brick according to GOST 53095 of grade 75 on M50 solution.

Internal walls - 380 mm thick from ordinary ceramic bricks according to GOST 53095 of grade 75 on M25 solution.

Ventilation shafts with dimensions of 140 * 270 mm are provided in the inner walls of the separating bathrooms and dining room-kitchen.

Above the openings in the walls are prefabricated reinforced concrete lintels. Lintels are laid on brick walls along the layer of M50 cement mortar.

3.3 Partitions.

Partitions are designed from ceramic brick. The thickness of the partitions is 120 mm. Openings in partitions are covered by prefabricated reinforced concrete bridges. Partitions are reinforced through 5 rows of masonry.

Masonry of partitions is carried out on cement sand mortar of grade 100 from full ceramic brick according to STB116099.

3.4 Overlaps.

Monolithic reinforced concrete floors 200 mm thick are designed in the building. To pass utilities through the floors, make the necessary holes.

3.5 Roof

The roof is flat and aligned. We use an internal organized drainage.

3.6 Ladders.

Reinforced concrete staircase is designed in the building. Steps have sizes 300x150 (h). Entrance porches are made of monolithic concrete of class C 12/15. Stairs steps are painted with oil paint in the color of the floor in two times.

3.7 Windows.

The windows are designed PVC separate-coupled with triple glazing. A total of 5 window types have been designed.

The blocks are fixed with anchors, and then the gaps between the block and the wall are fixed with mounting foam with subsequent sealing.

3.8 Doors.

The doors are designed single-floor and double-floor, blind and partially glazed, external and internal.

Building Finishes:

4.1 Exterior Finishes

The building provides for improved plastering of the surface of individual sections of external walls with further painting with silicate paints.

4.2 Interior Finishes

The building provides improved and decorative plastering of the surface of the internal walls with further painting with acrylic paints, and in the kitchen and bathrooms there is a decoration of the walls with ceramic glazed tiles.

Site Plot Plan

The building is located on a site with a calm relief. Breaks are designed taking into account sanitary and fire safety standards.

The building is aligned to the axes of the construction geodetic network.

The relative elevation of 0.000 is the level of the clean floor of the house, which corresponds to the absolute elevation on the general plan.

Technical and economic indicators

1. Residential area - 3237.14 square meters. m;

2. The total area is 60.0.58 square meters. m;

3. The construction volume of the building is 30085.6 cubic meters. m;

4. The area of ​ ​ the building along the outer perimeter is 631.36 square meters. m;
