Pumping station - internal water supply and sewerage

The working project was developed in accordance with the requirements of SNT 2.04.02-2000 on the basis of the architectural and construction part of the project.

The pumping station is designed for household and drinking and fire-fighting purposes.

The pumping station on demand for the reliability of water supply belongs to the I category for fire pumps, to the II category - for the group of pumps for household and drinking purposes.

For the needs of fire extinguishing in the pumping station grundfos "Sprut-NS" version [3xNB 100-250/229/]+ CR 5-14

Qas=130.0m3/h -Н =73,0м (2 hr., 1 res.).

The calculation of fire pumps was made in the program "GidRaVPT-2,7", and is attached to the explanatory note.

For household and drinking needs there is a pumping station of grundfos brand.

Pump head:

The dictating structure is the building of the production hall.

H = hp + hb + ht + hn + hp + hf , where

hp – difference of marks from the pump axis and marks on the input –1.4 m

hв – the difference between the marks on the input and the highest device –5.8 m

ht – head loss along the entire length of the pipeline-29.1 m

hn – head loss in the pump room – 2.0 m

hp – required head in front of the device – 3.0 m (appendix 2 SNT 2.04.01-98)

H=1.4+5.8+29.1+2.0+3.0=41,3m

Then:Q=24.6m3/h, Н =42.0m

To supply water to the water supply system, a Grundfos "SmartStation" pumping station is installed in [3xCR 10-7]80

(2 hr., 1 res.) Q=24,6m3/h, H=42,0m and hydropneumatic tank with a capacity of.8,0 l.

The pumps are started with the valve open on the pressure conduit. Maintenance of pumps and valves is provided from the floor. The pumps are installed under the bay.

Pipelines inside the pump room are laid openly on the walls and structures.

After installation, paint steel pipelines and pipeline fittings on the rust-free surface with 2 layers of PF-133 enamel on 1 layer of GF-0119 soil.
