Internal gas equipment
The project to expand the gas distribution and gas consumption system of the Kirovsky district, in terms of gas supply of the projected 2nd and 3rd stage of a 9-storey residential building with the first and second non-residential floors on the street. Barrikadnaya/per. Ostrovsky/st. Yaroslavl developed on the basis of:
- specifications No. 0314/2805 from 16.11.2007 issued by OJSC Astrakhangazservice
- SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems" and "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" PB1252903.
The gas flow per house is 59.5 m3/h.
The source of gas supply is the designed front Ø 89x3 low-pressure gas pipeline.
The gas-consuming equipment in the apartments are 4 gas burner plates according to GOST R 506962006 with the function "control gas" and Immergas gas heating boilers of the EOLO Star series with a closed combustion chamber with a capacity of 24 kW. RL4 meters are used to account for gas flow. To disconnect the gas line in case of fire, a heat sensitive shutoff valve KTZ 0012002 dy 20 is installed in front of the meter. The gas pipeline is made of steel water and gas pipes as per GOST 326275 * 32, 20, 15 .
Immergas gas heating boilers of the EOLO Star series with a closed combustion chamber with a capacity of 24 kW were adopted as gas-consuming equipment in heat generators. RL2.5 meters are used to account for gas flow. To disconnect the gas line in case of fire, a heat sensitive shutoff valve KTZ 0012002 dy 20 is installed in front of the meter. For safe operation of the equipment on gaseous fuel, the installation of the SIKZ2 individual gas monitoring system with the MKG3025 dy 25 solenoid valve is provided, which is installed at the gas inlet to the heat generator. The gas pipeline is made of steel water and gas pipes as per GOST 326275 * 25, 20.
When laying gas pipelines through walls and floors, fill the space between the pipe and the case with ground hemp, and at the end sections with bitumen or other elastic material. The length of the case shall not exceed the wall thickness by more than 50 mm.
Ventilation of gasified rooms is performed through windows and ventilation channels.
Smoke removal from the residential boilers is carried out in collective chimneys 200 mm made of acid-resistant stainless steel grade 1.4404 0.6 mm thick from Jeremias. Steel chimneys are insulated with heat insulating mats made of glass staple fiber = 25 mm and coated with fiberglass with roll PCT. Condensate removal from the chimney is provided to the sewer through the condensate neutralizer located on the technical floor of the building. In the lower part of the chimney provide a branch pipe with a thrust regulator. On the attic and on the ground floor there are branch pipes with revision for cleaning the chimney. The chimney is attached to the brick wall using rigid clamps. The inflow of air for combustion is carried out outside the building using individual air intake pipes.
Smoke removal from the boilers of the non-residential part is carried out directly from the boilers through chimneys with a section of 140x140 mm, made in brickwork.
The boilers are installed on site, after the installation of collective chimneys.
Installation of smoke removal systems is carried out by a specialized organization licensed for this type of work .
The gas pipeline is open. In places of passage through walls and slabs lay cases, cover ends of cases with elastic material.
After testing, the gas pipelines are painted twice with KV125 enamel on two layers of primer.
To lay the gas pipeline on a facade on brackets on otm. +6.300 and to execute from the steel electrowelded pipes Ø 89x3.0. After testing, paint the gas pipeline twice with KV125 enamel on two layers of primer. Paint the brackets with oil paint.

In order to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation of the boiler, as well as to officially confirm the guarantee, the equipment commissioning must be carried out by a specialized organization with a corresponding license.
The boiler is installed on the capital wall, access to the energized parts must be closed.
In order to ensure normal operation of the boiler and gas plate, the air temperature in the room where the equipment is installed must comply with the technical data. The boiler shall be protected from atmospheric impact.
For the greatest safety, the following activities are required:
- check the power supply circuit carefully;
- thoroughly check all pipes of the hydraulic system;
- make sure that the chimney has good traction (the structures of chimneys and air ducts should be only factory-made and have a certificate);
- make sure that the boiler is designed to operate on the selected type of gas.
