6.13. Upon delivery of the designed gas pipeline, the operating organization shall attach to the gas pipeline a protection zone of at least 2.0m to both sides of the gas pipeline axis in accordance with Government Decree No. 878 of November 20, 2002 "On Approval of Rules for the Protection of Gas Distribution Networks"

7. environmental protection

7.1 The solution of environmental problems consists in the definition of measures that minimize possible impacts and their consequences during the construction and operation of the facility.

7.2 In order to reduce the impact on the environment, all construction works shall be carried out within the drain strip and specially designated sites of pipe-welded and pipe-insulating bases and at all stages of the work shall be carried out measures preventing:.

1) Development of non-favorable relief-forming processes;

2) Change of natural surface runoff;

3) Sunbathing of natural vegetation;

4) Landfilling of the territory with construction and other waste;

5) Bottling of fuel and lubricants, draining of spent oil, washing of cars in not installed places.

7.3 Production waste shall be collected and stored in a metal container with subsequent removal in accordance with the established procedure to the customer's base. After completion of construction, the territory is cleaned from garbage and other waste, which are taken to the existing landfill, agreed with the district SES.

7.4 The low pressure gas pipeline shall be laid underground from polyethylene pipes with diameter 110x6.3 in dry soils at a depth of not less than 1.0m.

7.5 Prior to the start of excavation works in the locations of the existing underground communications, the project shall be agreed with the organizations operating these communications, according to safe working conditions and safety of these communications. Pits and trenches developed on the streets, in places where the movement of people and transport takes place, must be protected by protective fences, the structures of which must meet the requirements of GOST 2340778. Warning signs and inscriptions must be installed on the fences, and at night - signal lighting. In places where people pass through trenches, transitional bridges shall be installed, illuminated at night.

7.6 Filling and filling of pipes is carried out with soil of optimum humidity (70 ± 5%) in layers of thickness of 2030 cm with compaction. Soil compaction factor K = 0.92. Compaction backfilling to ground skeleton density 1.6 g/cm. It is allowed to deviate the actual (achieved) density of the soil skeleton from the design one by not more than 0.06 g/cm.

7.7 Perform earthworks taking into account the requirements of the project, SNiP 3.02.0187 "Earthworks, foundations and foundations." The results of acceptance of works concealed by subsequent works shall be executed by acts of inspection of hidden works.

7.8 When performing construction, installation and specialized works, be guided by the current safety rules and SNiP III480 "Safety in construction."

7.9 After completion of construction, the gas pipeline strip shall be cleaned and tested by pneumatic method.

7.10 The project includes measures to ensure accident-free operation of the facilities under construction.

7.11 Restoration of green spaces after construction is carried out by the customer on his own, in agreement with the earthen department of the district.

8. organization of construction

8.1. When performing construction and installation works, strictly observe the requirements of SNiP 42.012002 "Gas Distribution Systems" and "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Consumption Systems" PB 1252903.

8.2. Motor crane KS2561 is recommended for installation works.

8.3. Work safety and occupational safety measures throughout the construction period shall be ensured by:

- fencing of hazardous area for crane operation with clearly visible warning signs;

- prohibition of crane turning with suspended load above workplaces.

8.4. During construction, at the intersection with underground communications, it is necessary to call a representative of the relevant communications services.

8.5. At the section of the trench intersection with the existing underground communications (water supply) passing within the trench depth, filling shall be made for the current communications with low-compressible soil along the entire cross section of the trench to the height of up to half the diameter of the crossed pipeline (cable) and its containment with layer-by-layer soil compaction. The size of the top filling should, as a rule, be 2 m larger than the diameter of the crossed communication.

8.6. Remove trees in the protection area of the underground gas pipeline (2m). Fold the felled shrub at a safe distance from the structure of the shrubs and burn.

8.7. Soil dump during earthworks shall be performed in the opposite direction from residential buildings.

9. assessment of the impact of the gas pipeline on the environment

8.1. The designed gas pipeline, if it is serviceable, does not have any impact on the environment. The object of environmental protection during the construction of the gas pipeline is soil with existing green spaces.

8.2. At the construction site, pipes and polyethylene parts under atmospheric conditions are resistant to destruction, are explosion-proof, do not release toxic substances into the environment and do not have a harmful effect on the human body in direct contact.

8.3. During technical recultivation of the ground, the excavator removes the upper fertile layer according to GOST 17530685 to a depth of 0.5 m on one side of the trench, the remaining layer of land to the design elevations is developed on the other side of the trench. After laying the gas pipeline, the final filling of the trench to the design elevations is carried out by a fertile layer of land, and then by a fertile layer, the remaining soil is planned according to the terrain along the route of the gas pipeline under construction.

8.4. All construction waste (insulation pieces, metal pipes, gravel, etc.) shall be collected and removed. Exclude fuel and lubricants ingress into the soil. The operation of construction machines and mechanisms should be allowed only at the minimum permissible exhaust emissions and noise level.

8.5. The emission of exhaust gases of construction machines, as well as gases during welding operations into the atmosphere does not represent large volumes and in open space conditions does not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations of harmful substances in
