Introduction
Basis for project development.
The project is based on:
Architectural solutions
Engineering Specification
The following regulatory and technical documents were used in the development of the project:
• Federal Law N 123FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements";
• RD 78.36.0032002 "Engineering and technical strengthening.. Security equipment. Requirements and design standards for the protection of facilities from criminal encroachments ";
• RD 78.36.00299 "" Technical means of facilities safety systems. Symbols of graphical elements of the system ";
• PUE (Edition 7, 2002) "Electrical Installation Rules."
In accordance with the developed working drawings, specifications for equipment and cable products have been compiled.
The access control and control system provides automated, regulated access to the office premises. The system is designed to organize authorized personnel passage, with the issuance of personal identification cards with the possibility of storing a database, recording events and recording working hours.
MCDS system generates and provides information about events in the system in graphical and text form, using software on the system server (AWS No. 2). Additionally, in graphic and text form, information is provided to the Automated Workplace (AWS No. 1).
1 composition and purpose of system forming equipment
Parsec (Russia) equipment is used as system-forming equipment:
• PC-Interface NIA01USB, - PC interface, is used to connect the controller to the USB port of the computer.
• access control controller (CD) NR2000 DIP, NR2000 DIP, NC1000, designed to control one access point by reading codes of presented identifiers (contactless access cards), checking access rights and closing (opening) contacts of relays, controlling locking devices (locks), receiving and transmitting notifications over the RS485 or Ethernet interface;
• Operator's AWS complete with ParsecNet application software.
2 line equipment composition and purpose
MCDS linear part equipment includes:
• IO1025 security magnetic contact detector for blocking doors from unauthorized opening and/or holding;
• electromagnetic lock Aleko AL15012/24, designed to lock doors of rooms entrance/exit
• Door finisher, for doors weighing up to 100 kg DORMA TS72;
• readers PRP05, PR-P09, PRP16 are designed to read the code of identification cards with the Mifare standard and transfer it to MCDS controllers.
• MA readers 120 are designed for reading, biometric data (fingerprint) and transmitting data to the MCDS controller.
The complete composition of MCDS equipment with the quantity of consumables and auxiliary materials is given in the equipment specification.
3 structural diagram and operating principle of the system
Structural diagram of MCDS system is given in Figure 3.
The MCDS server connected to the Ethernet network is used as the main receiving and control equipment of the access control system. The server constantly polls devices connected through the local Ethernet network, receives information about the status of door loops, requests for verification of access codes and issues commands according to the specified algorithm.
The MCDS server connected to the Ethernet network is used as the main receiving and control equipment of the access control system. The server constantly polls devices connected through the local Ethernet network, receives information about the status of door loops, requests for verification of access codes and issues commands according to the specified algorithm.
Proximity readers for Mifare contactless access cards are installed near the door to differentiate access to the entrance/exit to the premises, which are used as electronic pass tools. PRP08 reader is connected to AWS No. 2 for on-line registration of passes .
Software Description:
The integrated ParsecNET 3 system supports one to several hundred pass points. The system uses the cards as the Proximity keys.
The PNWin software supports, in addition to the standard, many additional functions necessary: a database of personnel photos, graphical plans of alarm zones, time recording, and so on.
PNWin also allows you to export generated reports, personnel databases, access points, etc. to CSV files (these are text files in which data is separated by certain characters, for example, semicolons).
The PNWin software can run on a single PC or simultaneously on multiple LAN devices. In this case, the hardware can be connected simultaneously to several PCs. A security unit is connected to the server, which stores the general configuration and the list of modules available for operation. The software installed on the server collects and stores information, as well as organizing network communication and data exchange. All system management and administration functions are available both from workstations (when you enter the System Administrator password) and from the server.
The maximum number of concurrent PCs in system ParsecNET 3 is determined when ordering the system. The project provides the software order for one AWS and one server .
The access control and monitoring system includes emergency exit buttons, which are required in critical situations (fire, emergency evacuation). These emergency exit buttons are connected to the MCDS system controller so that even if communication with the MCDS system server is lost, people can leave the room protected by the access system.
Software composition:
• base software for 8 pass points. Software required for normal operation of the system, which includes both PNWin itself and some modules (plan editor ParsecNET 3, access group manager, task scheduler, task manager);
• Pass preparation and printing module. The module allows you to develop pass card templates and store them in the database, print passes using the prepared templates and the system personnel database. Photo quality correction features are available;
• a module for generating a monthly time sheet with the output of information in the standard form T13, the generation of weekly time sheets, as well as the generation of reports on various types of deviations (delays, departure before time, absenteeeism, etc.);
4 system functions
MCDS provides the following main functions:
• Setting the operating procedures of the system in accordance with the requirements of the administrator and the established modes;
• possibility of differentiating user rights using personal personal code;
• output of "alarm" signals to the duty station;
• provision of information to the duty station on the condition of each door of the premises;
• control of the door loop for short circuit, break, "norm" of the detector, "alarm" of the detector;
• acknowledgement of reception of "alarm" signal with corresponding indication on WS of the operational duty officer;
• maintenance, viewing and printing of operational information protocols;
• detection of unauthorized entry of people into the premises of the object, when the door is broken;
• prompt preparation and issuance of contactless cards-passes;
• accounting of employees "working hours;
• Automatic and manual control of access controllers;
• manual unlocking of the access point in case of emergency evacuation (from AWS of the operational duty officer);
5 arrangement of equipment of the scud system
MCDS system equipment is located taking into account the requirements of regulatory documents and ergonomics of use :
• PC-Interface NIA01USB, - PC interface, installed on wall or on system unit.
• Access control controller (CD) NR2000 DIP, NR2000 DIP, NC1000, are installed on the wall in the dam space in the protected rooms, according to the project plans.
• the workplace is installed in the room, para. 319.
6 uninterruptible power supply system
The access control and monitoring system is a category 1 power consumer, and its uninterrupted power supply is provided from two independent power sources:
During normal operation from 220V, 50Hz power supply of the access control and monitoring system equipment is performed according to the power supply assignment, APPENDIX A
In case of loss of 220V, 50Hz network, the access system equipment goes into operation from the built-in battery 12V.
The storage battery capacity is designed to provide power to the specified devices of the access control system in standby mode - according to the Table of storage battery capacity calculation. Switching from the main power supply to the standby power supply is carried out automatically, without disrupting the operation of consumers.
Grounding of electrical equipment enclosures shall be performed by the third core of supply cables in accordance with the requirements of PUE, specifications of manufacturers and the grounding scheme existing on the site.
