Basis of Design and Input

This working documentation on the device, automatic installation of fire alarm, warning and evacuation control system, security alarm system, access control and control system is developed on the basis of the design specification agreement, initial data from the Customer and the following regulatory documents:

Composition of documentation

The working documentation sets contain the following related documents: working drawings, explanatory note, material and equipment specification. When forming as-built documentation after completion of all works, all passports, instructions and manuals for installed equipment, certificates of conformity and certificates of fire safety shall be attached.

The working documentation includes 1 set:

Notes

working documentation shall contain all the necessary solutions in the amount sufficient for installation, adjustment and commissioning of the designed automatic water fire extinguishing unit;

test programs and methods should ensure testing and ensure that the automatic water fire extinguishing system meets all requirements of the technical specification and necessary regulatory documents;

test programs and methods shall be issued as separate documents and may contain annexes.

Brief description of the object

Purpose of automatic fire alarm

Automatic fire alarm (APS) is designed to detect a fire and notify people in the building about it.

Tasks of automatic fire alarm system:

detection of fire signs in protected rooms and transmission of alarm message to the control and monitoring panel and to backup devices;

initiating the start of fire warning and evacuation control systems.

According to tables of Appendix A SP5.13130.2009 "Fire protection systems. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Standards and Rules "provides for the arrangement of automatic fire alarm in the premises of the 4th floor of the office building.

The choice of types of fire announcers is defined in compliance with provisions of SP5.13130.2009 Appendix M "Fire protection systems. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Codes and Regulations. "

The rooms listed in Item 4 of Appendix A SP5.13130.2009 "Fire Protection Systems" are not subject to APS equipment. Fire alarm and fire extinguishing units are automatic. Design Codes and Regulations "

Purpose of the warning and evacuation management system

Tasks of the warning and evacuation management system:

sending a signal informing personnel about the danger of being on site;

attraction of personnel attention to escape routes from the building by means of "Exit" annunciators operating even in case of failure of the main electrical lighting of buildings.

Purpose of the security alarm system

The security alarm system (OS) fixes the violation of the security alarm line when it is overcome (by overcoming the security alarm line, the intruder enters the guarded object by opening doors by more than 100 mm, opening windows). The signal "alarm" from sensors is transmitted to S2000KDL, and then to the room of protection with the indication of the address on the C2000M control panel and the block of indication S2000BI.

Purpose of access control and control system

MCDS is designed to ensure control and control of access to the controlled territory of the supermarket and individual premises of the facility, in order to ensure the access mode, take into account the control of personnel working time, safety and protection of maintenance personnel, against unauthorized penetration of unauthorized persons into the controlled territory.

MCDS performs the function of restricting access to the premises of the building with a separation of powers (taking into account the time of day and days of the week, i.e. a ban on the entry of different persons at different times). This provides easy change of authority and fixation of all events in memory in relation to the current date and time of day.

MCDS performs the following functions:

- control from Proximity cards;

- centralized and distributed (local) storage of access keys;

- re-pass control functions;

- time zones;

- nonvolatile calendar;

- search for employees;

- recording of working time;

- reports on the remaining in the premises for the current time;

Key Technical Solutions

Automatic fire alarm

The project provides for the equipment of the facility with an automatic fire alarm system based on the domestic Bolid equipment:

- Acceptance control device S2000-4;

- C2000M control panel

- Block of indication "S2000BI"

- Controller of two-wire line "S2000KDL"

- Signal-starting unit "S2000SP1"

In accordance with the purpose of protected rooms and types of fire load, the following types of fire detectors are selected for use:

Announcers firefighters smoke optical-electronic threshold and address "DIP34A0102";

Announcers firefighters manual IPR3Su

The number of fire detectors in each particular room is determined depending on the technical characteristics of the detector, the size of the room, the height of the floors and the architectural features of the room, taking into account the requirements of SP5.13130.2009.

The number and approximate locations of the detectors are indicated on the working drawings. The exact location and installation method of the detectors is determined during installation taking into account the requirements of SP5.13130.2009, RD 78.14593 and the manufacturer's technical documentation.

The loop of an address system, the device of reception and control "C-2000M" represents the address communication line on which data exchange between "C2000M" and address devices is carried out (announcers, address modules). All devices connected to the address link have unique addresses. Addresses are installed on all devices. The panel polls the status of devices from the address database. In response to the device's request for status, the address device transmits a code package in which its current state is displayed. The reception-control security-fire address device records the actual level of dust/smoke of each address fire detector of the system (in%). The dusty control of fire detectors can be carried out in real time from the most targeted receiving and control security and fire device.

In the duty room (security room), it is possible to organize a round-the-clock post of the APS system operator.

To do this, the following equipment should be additionally placed in the room:

- personal computer with installed software;

Evacuation Warning and Management System

The facility is equipped with a warning system based on the following equipment:

Sound annunciators IvolgPKI1;

Lightning lights 12V for installation above evacuation exits

The design provides for the simultaneous launch of all annunciators, subsequently the system can be reprogrammed to another operating algorithm, in accordance with the current needs of the operating organization. After the alarm system is activated, the relay contact state returns from alarm to standby 10 minutes after the start of the alarm (the time interval can be programmatically changed, depending on the required personnel evacuation time).

After the fire alarm system goes into standby mode, the relay contacts state returns from alarm to standby.

All evacuation exits are indicated by "Exit" light indicators of the "Lightning 12V" brand, operating in constant mode.

The system is controlled from the signal-start units "S2000-SP included in the automatic fire alarm system.

The number and approximate locations of the warning devices are indicated on the working drawings. The exact location and method of installation of warning devices is determined during installation taking into account the requirements of SP3.13130.2009, RD 78.14593 and technical documentation of the manufacturer.

Calculation of sound pressure is given in Appendix to DBE

Security alarm system

The facility is equipped with a security alarm system based on the following equipment:

Announcers security magnetocontact address C2000CMK;

Two-wire line controller "S2000KDL"

All devices connected to the address link have unique addresses. Addresses are installed on all devices. The panel polls the status of devices from the address database. In response to the device's request for status, the address device transmits a code package in which its current state is displayed.

The number and approximate locations of the warning devices are indicated on the working drawings. The exact location and method of installation of warning devices is determined during installation taking into account the requirements • RD 25.95290, RD 78.14593 and technical documentation of the manufacturer.

Access Control and Control System

The facility is equipped with MCDS on the basis of the following equipment of the Orion integrated system of NVP Bolid. The system includes: access control controllers, Proximity card readers, exit buttons, electromagnetic locks with a built-in coat of arms, door shimmers.

Office premises, security room, as well as entrance doors to the floor shall be protected by the access control system.

MCDS includes:

1. Access control controller C20002 - 1 pc.

2. Electromagnetic locks with built-in Hercon AL300G - 2 pcs.

3. "C2000Proxy" Card Proximity Readers - 2 pcs.

4. Door finishers TS72 - 2 pcs.

5. Ex01 exit buttons - 2 pcs.

Electrical part

Cable and wire routing

The selection of wires and cables, as well as the method of their laying, is made in accordance with the technical characteristics of the cable conductor products in accordance with the PUE. Signal and power cable networks are laid in cable trays behind the false ceiling .

In office rooms, cables are laid behind the false ceiling in non-combustible corrugations. Lowering the cable from the level to the ASMS, OS and MCDS equipment in plastic cable channels.

Power supply

AUPT power supply is performed according to reliability category I as per PUE. The project for power supply of the equipment in the pump station was carried out by a separate volume.

According to SP5.131.302009, SP6.131.302009, according to the degree of ensuring the reliability of power supply to electrical receivers of automatic control systems, EPSS belong to reliability category I according to PUE.

Use of blocks of uninterrupted food of SKAT1200U and sources of reserve food the SLOPE - 1200P20 is provided in this project as the reserve power supply.

According to the calculations given in the appendix to the DBE, the storage battery capacity is sufficient for the system operation for 24 hours in standby mode + 3 hours in alarm mode

Protective grounding

All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it due to insulation failure, shall be grounded. Grounding of electrical equipment shall be performed by connection of their housings with protective grounding loop. Zero conductors of power cables are not allowed.

Protective grounding (grounding) of the electrical equipment of the automatic fire extinguishing unit must be performed in accordance with chapters 1.7 and 1.3 of PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, GOST 12.1.03081, taking into account the requirements of technical documentation for the installed devices.

All auxiliary steel structures for attachment of pipelines and equipment shall be corrosion protected. Protection is carried out by applying protective painting with PF115 enamel in two layers on a pre-cleaned and treated surface.

CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION INFORMATION

Installation of the fire extinguishing plant shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design documentation, the project of work execution, industry, intersectoral and interdepartmental regulatory and technical documents with compliance with the requirements of the technical documentation of the manufacturers of equipment and devices, the relevant safety, health and fire safety regulations, as well as with the requirements of the rules for the installation of electrical installations PUE.

Technical documentation issued by the installation organization and the customer must be approved in accordance with the established procedure and have a stamp, the inscription "Allowed for production" and the signature of the owner's responsible representative, certified with a seal.

Materials, erection products, electrical fittings, instruments used during installation shall comply with the design specification, requirements of standards, normals, technical conditions and have certificates or certificates of manufacturers.

Installation and maintenance of systems are performed on the basis of contracts with installation organizations.

In case of changes in the layout and explication (purpose) of the premises, it is necessary to coordinate the design documentation with the development organization. Without observing the above actions in case of conflict situations during the commissioning of the facility, the development organization of this design solution is not responsible.

Persons under 18 years of age who have studied the device and the principle of operation of the systems, who have a group on electrical safety of at least 3 and have passed training on labor protection are allowed for installation work. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal. Persons admitted to work must study the content of the project and comply with its requirements.

When performing works, observe the rules and requirements of safety measures presented in the following regulatory documents:

CTEEP "Rules for technical operation of consumer electrical installations";

POT RM0162001 "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations";

"Safety rules for working with tools and accessories" Min. energy of the Russian Federation;

During testing, operation, maintenance and repair of the systems take into account and comply with the requirements of safety regulations set forth in the technical documentation for the instruments and materials used.

Installation work is recommended in the following sequence:

preparatory work;

drawing and laying of cables and wires;

installation of instruments.

Preparatory works include:

check of integrity and operability of devices;

preparation of materials and workplaces.

The condition of cables and wires before laying shall be checked by external inspection. In addition to the inspection, the integrity of the insulation of the cores must be checked.

Procedure for preparation, installation and maintenance of devices - in accordance with the technical description for each device.

It is allowed to start works on installation of systems if there are:

of this project;

construction and technological readiness of the facility;

Materials, equipment and erection according to the project specification.

The installation organization shall have the following documents:

certificates and installation and operation documentation for equipment and devices;

Certificates for Electrical Hardware.

Possible replacement and application of installation materials and equipment not included in the project specification shall be agreed with the project organization. Installation materials and equipment installed by the installation organization additionally shall also be agreed with the design organization.

Install the equipment taking into account maximum and minimum distances from the walls, structures, process equipment and communication elements of the building, as well as maximum distances from each other according to the requirements and standards.

Installation of wiring shall be carried out taking into account minimum distances from existing wiring and cable lines in accordance with the requirements of existing regulatory documents.
