Description

Course - drawing and note.
The Splined Shaft part belongs to the Bodies of Revolution class in the Shafts subclass. The part is used to transfer rotational motion in the gear mechanism. During operation, the shaft undergoes complex deformations: torsion, bending, stretching and compression. Therefore, to ensure normal operation of the parts transmitting movement to the shaft and the assembly as a whole, the shaft must be rigid.

Technical Requirements Analysis

The design of the part "Splined Shaft" has quite high technical requirements.

The part is made of steel 45 GOST 105074. This material does not include expensive hard-to-reach precious metals.

The part is subject to the highest requirements for accuracy to surface 45 by 7 kvalitet of accuracy with roughness Ra = 1.25 μm, as well as requirements for accuracy of shape and location - radial run-out of 0.02 mm relative to the axis of the part and to surface ø80 not more than 0.08 mm.

The surface 50 is presented with a 6 quantum accuracy with a roughness of Ra = 1.25 μm.

The remaining surfaces, the dimensions of which are not indicated by accuracy, are subject to the requirements for the 14 quota of accuracy, which is specified in the technical requirements of the drawing "H14; h14; JT14/2».

Slot with width of 14 mm is made according to 9 kvalit of accuracy with roughness of side surfaces Rz = 20 mcm. The slot is closed.

The part is subject to heat treatment requirements. HRCe =40... 45 units.

Splined surface with outer diameter D = 45 by 7 accuracy, inner diameter d = 36 by 14 accuracy.

Deliverable part

During the course project, she developed technological documentation for the mechanical processing of the Valshlitseva part produced at the NefAZ OJSC enterprise, namely a set of documents consisting of roadmaps, one operating map and a sketch map. The course design is developed using advanced process equipment, namely software numerical control machines, since the use of this equipment allows to ensure high performance and accuracy of processing movements specified by the program, as well as to maintain this accuracy within the specified limits during their long-term operation.

The manufacturing process of the Valshesternya part consists of six mechanical operations and two auxiliary ones: washing and control.

The manufacturing process is carried out on metal cutting machines of the models: milling centering 2G942; lathe with NC 16K20T1; pin-milling 692D; round grinding 3M151.
