Introduction

Of all modes of transport, road transport largely depends on the technical readiness of the rolling stock. Road transport is the most time-consuming and phonodomous.

One of the main reasons for this situation is the lag in the development and improvement of the production base of motor transport enterprises from the growth rate of rolling stock. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that in addition to quantitative growth, the qualitative structure of the fleet is significantly changing, the production of various specialized and gas-balloon cars is increasing.

For the efficient operation and maintenance of such rolling stock, it is necessary not just new, but qualitatively new enterprises.

2.2 Organization of labor of repair workers.

2.2.1. Organization TO-1.

1. The checkpoint mechanic after acceptance of cars conducts an in-depth

inspection of the car, arriving next day on TO-1. If necessary, write out the maintenance and maintenance sheet and send the car to the waiting area. The production manager ensures repair of vehicles coming to maintenance at interschange time.

2. Every car directed to the TO-1 mechanic checkpoint notes in its magazine. The task for TO-1 is issued to the foreman in the technical department.

3. The rolling stock supplied to the maintenance zone must be washed and dried.

4. TO-1 is carried out from 15 - 30 to 2330

6. One-party maintenance technology including:

- fastening, control and adjustment works;

- control, inspection, electrical works on the power system instruments;

2.4 Organization of routine repair.

1. ATP performs ongoing repairs of cars and units.

2. The TR requirement is defined by:

- by the driver while working on the line;

- gearbox mechanic at reception from the line;

- operator diagnostics during diagnostic work.

3. Method of TR of aggregate assembly.

4. The scope of work for TR consists of post and workshop works. The post works are performed at the posts in the TR area.

5. Mode of TR zone operation:

- number of working days 253;

- number of shifts: post work 2; workshop works 2;

- shift duration: 8 hours.

2.4.1. Organization of maintenance and maintenance technical control

Technical control is carried out by the technical control department. Diagnostics are carried out before and after TO-2.

During diagnostics after TO-2 quality of performed works is checked; at detection of malfunctions the car returns to zone TO-2.

When returning from the line, the car from the line, the car in need of repair, is carefully examined by the checkpoint mechanic. A request for repair with a list of works is issued for the detected malfunctions. When leaving the line and after returning, control is carried out by the duty mechanic and a representative of the traffic safety service.

2.5 Organization of workplaces in the TR area

Works on T.R. cars are carried out at posts and in production departments.

At the posts, work is performed directly on the car, and in the production departments parts, units and units, disassembly, adjustment and fastening works are repaired. They constitute approximately 4050% of the total volume of T.R. cars. Minor maintenance repairs are carried out at TO-1 and TO-2 and when providing technical assistance to cars on the line. The main scope of work is performed in the maintenance area of ​ ​ ATP in interschange time and with the removal of the car from service. The more repairs are made in the inter-shift time, the less car downtime and better production works.

TR of cars is carried out by two methods: individual and aggregate.

With an individual repair method, faulty units, devices, units are removed from the car, repaired and installed again on the same car. With this repair method, the units are not impersonated, and the downtime of the car in repair is determined by the duration of repair of the most labor-intensive unit.

In the absence of anonymity, the responsibility and interest of drivers for the safety of cars increases, the service life increases and the costs of repairing units are reduced. However, with an individual repair method, the car can be idle for a long time in repair. Therefore, this method is used when a simple car does not affect the implementation of the transportation plan and the simple of other faulty cars in anticipation of the release of the post, as well as in the absence of spare units and units.

The essence of the aggregate repair method consists in replacing the faulty units, devices and units with serviceable ones - new or previously repaired and located in the revolving fund of the enterprise. The main advantage of this method is the reduction of the car downtime in repair, which is determined only by the time necessary to replace the units and assemblies.. The reduction of downtime in repair leads to an increase in technical readiness and use of the fleet, and therefore an increase in its productivity and a decrease in the cost of transportation. To perform the repair by the aggregate method, a non-decreasing fund of revolving units and units is created at ATP, satisfying at least the daily need of the enterprise. This fund is created both from the receipt of new units and from suitable units from decommissioned cars.

However, the aggregate method should be used in the case of economic expediency, otherwise you can not only get the necessary technical and economic effect, but also have unjustified losses. The economic efficiency of the aggregate method of T.R. cars depends on the correctness of its application in specific conditions. [3]

2.6 Selection and justification of working and rest conditions

2.8 Calculation of TR area.

2.9 Job Instruction as per TR.

2.9.1 Sections of Job Instruction

The composition of the task list can be changed depending on the specifics and complexity of the process: it is shortened or supplemented with new sections. So, when developing and describing a simple process, there may be no sections "General provisions" and "Technical and economic indicators," when developing and describing a complex process, the section "Organization and technology of work" can be divided into two sections - "Organization of work" and "Procedure of work."

In the Technical and Economic Key Figures section there may be no costing and/or no work schedule.

The composition of the sections is given on a separate sheet of the map under the name "Contents."

2.9.2 Scope of application

The section contains the name of the process, type (type) of building (structure), structural element or part of the building for which this Job Instruction is being developed.

It is indicated that the routing is intended for new construction or reconstruction, overhaul or maintenance.

The scope of work for which this map should be applied is given.

Conditions and peculiarities of works performance, requirements to temperature, humidity, meteorological and other environmental parameters, at which the works performance is allowed, are communicated.

In the charts for technological processes in which construction materials and parts are used, their name, manufacturer and document (GOST, TU, etc.) are given.

In the course design, the technological calculation of the cargo ATP for 250 MAZ 5549 cars was carried out in accordance with which the plan of the production building was developed. In the organizational part, the selection of technological equipment and equipment of the aggregate section was made. The design part presents a puller of the drive gear bushing, the introduction of which on the designed area will reduce the labor intensity of repair operations and increase the quality of work performed.
