The place of construction is the city of Surgut.

The designed building is a Tolevoruberoid workshop and ABK.

The main building of the enterprise is a one-story industrial building consisting of 4 spans: three parallel to each other, and the fourth end.

Dimensions of spans in axes:

The pitch of the extreme columns is taken equal to 6 m. The pitch of the middle columns is taken equal to 12 m.

Lifting and transportation equipment:

In spans A, B there are bridge cranes with lifting capacity Q = 20t, in span B there is a suspended crane.

Rafter structures of coatings - segment slabs-shells of KZHS (large-panel reinforced concrete vault) of a U-shaped section.

Curtain walls. Lights are located in spans A and B.

The number of people working in production is 400. The number of people per shift is 200. Approximate composition of employees: 45% - men, 55% - women. Percentage of groups involved in the production process: 1b - 27%; 2v – 24%; 3a – 20%; 2 g – 29%.

2. characteristics of the construction area

The geographical location of the territory determines its climatic characteristics. The most important factors in climate formation are the cold transfer of air masses and the influence of the continent. The interaction of these two factors ensures a rapid change of cyclones and anticyclones over the territory in question, which contributes to frequent weather changes and strong winds. Due to the fencing from the west by the Ural Mountains and insecurity from the north and south, meridional circulation is carried out over the territory, as a result of which cold and warm air masses periodically change, which causes sharp transitions from heat to cold. The climatic characteristic of the area is accepted by the nearest weather station - Surgut (according to SNiP 2.01.0182). The climate of this area is sharply continental. Winter is harsh, cold and long. Summer is short, warm. Short transitional seasons - autumn and spring. Late spring and early autumn frosts, sharp temperature fluctuations during the year and even a day are observed. The average annual air temperature is 3.1 ° C, the average air temperature of the coldest month of January is 22 ° C, and the hottest July is + 17 ° C. The absolute minimum temperature is in December - 55 ° C, the absolute maximum is in June - July + 34 ° C. The duration of the frost-free period is 98 days, stable frosts are 156 days. The average multi-year date of the first freeze in the fall is September 8, the last - in the spring - June 1. There is a lot of precipitation in the area, especially in the warm period from April to October 467 mm, during the cold period from November to March 209 mm falls, the annual rainfall is 676 mm. Accordingly, high air humidity is maintained. The average relative humidity during the year varies from 66% to 82%. Snow cover forms 23.10, release date 15.5. Snow cover lasts 201 days. During the year, winds of the western and south-western directions prevail. In January - the western, south-western, and in July - the northern direction. The average annual wind speed is 4.9 m/s, the average for January is 4.9 m/s and the average in July is 4.5 m/s.

7. description of architectural and artistic solution

When deciding the interior of an industrial building, it is decisive to fulfill functional, technical, architectural and economic requirements by using the achievements of modern science, technology and art. Increasing labor productivity, improving the quality of products, reducing the fatigue of workers, reducing industrial injuries largely depends on the architectural solution of the interior.

The main method of architectural organization of the interior of the industrial building was the unity of the internal space, the connection of production rooms with the external space, the use of building structures, technological equipment, and in some cases also manufactured products as active elements of the internal composition, the integrated use of light and color.

When designing an industrial building, the principle of space unity proved itself. The elimination of excessive internal walls and partitions allows the use of larger equipment, simplifies the work related to the modernization of the production process .
