Description
The purpose of this diploma project is to develop a technology for the production of a pinching gearbox housing. To achieve this goal, the following tasks should be solved :
to design the technology for manufacturing the gearbox housing for the conditions of quickly reconfigurable production;
develop tooling that allows you to manufacture parts according to the proposed technological process;
offer technical solutions for the organization of production for the manufacture of the case;
develop a technology for assembling a gearbox;
determine the economic efficiency of manufacturing a case with an annual output program of 3000 pcs.
