List of used literature

1. general data.

This PPRK is designed for removal of KKS5032 goat crane with lifting capacity of 50 tons.

The goat crane is removed in 4 stages:

1. Dismantling of cab, stairs, platforms, freight trolley, ballast, electrical equipment with motor crane KS55713 g/s 25 tons.

2. Removal of goat crane from full height to pylons using two electric winches. Removal of goat crane cantilevers by KS55713 autocrane. Removal of crane supports.

3. Removal of crane bridge from pylons to low supports by 2MKAT40 autocranes.

4. Disassembly of crane bridge on sleeper cages. Autocrane KS55713, g/p 25 tons.

Other mechanisms with similar cargo height characteristics may be used.

PPRK is developed in accordance with the requirements of PB 1038200 "Rules for the arrangement and safe operation of lifting cranes," SNiP 120301 "Labor safety in construction" Part 1 General requirements, SNiP 12012004 "Organization of construction production."

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

Persons not younger than 18 years of age who have undergone a medical examination, who have been trained in safe methods of work, who have a direct certificate for the right to work at height and qualifications not lower than the 3rd category are allowed to perform work on dismantling the crane.

For works on slinging of structural elements, persons under 18 years of age who have undergone a medical examination and trained in safe methods of work in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.0.00490 are allowed. SSBT "Organization of training of workers on labor safety. General provisions "and having a sling certificate.

Prior to commencement of works issue the certificate-permit and work order - permit to perform works in the areas of hazardous production factors according to the form of Appendix "D" to SNiP 12-03-2001:

- Execution of works in areas where danger of adjacent work areas may arise (construction area, which is located inside the existing enterprise, movement of people, work of communal equipment, etc.)

- Performance of works in close proximity to roadways of the operated roads.

- Installation and removal works at the height.

For the period of development of the PPRK for the removal of the gantry crane KS5232 power lines in the vicinity of the work area was absent.

The person which issued the order - admission on works is obliged to exercise control over the implementation by the responsible works manager (master, the foreman, the supervising foreman) of actions for work safety.

3. Instructions for Work Execution

3.1. Preparatory work. Installation site organization.

Prior to commencement of erection works provided for by this PPRK, it is necessary to:

3.1.1. By order of the Engineer and Technician responsible for safe handling of cranes.

3.1.2. Preparation works at the installation site:

- prepare the crane installation site, the site must be flat with a slope of not more than 12 °, cleaned of foreign objects, compacted up to 1.5 g/cm ³. Shield the installation site with signal barriers as per GOST 14.4.05989 and mark with prohibition and warning signs as per GOST 12.4.0262001.

- deliver the necessary materials, equipment and tools to the site.

- the site allocated for the crane installation shall be equipped with access roads ensuring transportation of the mounted units to the work area;

- prepare platforms for temporary storage of mounted units and elements;

3.1.3. One week before the start of dismantling, lubricate all valve units with lubricant of "Liquid wrench" type WD40. Perform technical inspection of steel structures of the crane to be removed, make sure that there are no cracks, deformations. Make sure that steel structures are not destroyed during crane removal.

3.1.4. Inform the person responsible for safe performance of works about the detected defects during inspection.

3.1.5. Prepare and inspect inventory supports for crane bridge installation.

3.1.6. Check availability and serviceability of load grippers and tools.

3.1.7. The location of attachment of the safety cable and carbine when the installers work at height is indicated by the work manager.

3.1.8. Establish the procedure for the exchange of conditional signals between the person supervising the work, rafters and crane drivers. All signals are sent by one person, except for the "STOP" signal, which can be sent by any employee who has noticed a clear danger.

3.1.9. Instruct workers on performance of high-risk works and safe methods of work execution.

3.1.10. Complete the construction site with primary fire extinguishing equipment, refer to PPB01.

3.1.11. Preparations shall be completed prior to commencement of works. The completion of preparatory work at the construction site shall be accepted according to the Act on Performance of Labor Safety Measures, drawn up in accordance with Appendix "I" to SNiP 12032001.

3.2. General requirements for boom crane installation:

- The crane driver shall inspect the mechanisms, steel structures, instruments and safety devices before commencing operations. Inspection and inspection results are recorded in the watch log. Do not operate the faulty crane.

- Person responsible for safe works by cranes (master, foreman...) checks a crane installation site: a condition of the chosen platform. Plan and prepare the site for the installation of the crane, taking into account the category and nature of the soil, at a slope not exceeding the value specified in the certificate of the lifting crane, clean from debris;

- The person responsible for the safe operation of cranes gives permission to the driver to install the crane on the site in accordance with the situational plan.

- The person responsible for the safe operation of cranes makes a record in the watch log: "I checked the installation of the crane in the place indicated by me. I allow the work. "

The crane is installed only by the crane driver, it is forbidden to install the crane by other persons.

3.3. Procedure for removal of goat crane.

All crane dismantling works are performed under the guidance of the person responsible for safe operation of cranes.

Work in daytime.

Before the start of dismantling works, prohibit any other works in the hazardous area and the presence of persons not related to dismantling works in it, remove people from the production casing for the duration of dismantling, Remove the crane in the reverse installation sequence in accordance with the installation instruction of the valve KS5032V.

3.3.1 Removal of freight trolley.

3.3.1.1. Lower the hook suspension to the floor, release the attachment and remove the ropes from the drums.

3.3.1.2. De-energize the valve.

3.3.1.3. Install motor crane KS55713 g/p 25 tons

3.1.4. Build up the freight trolley, free it from fasteners.

3.3.1.5. The installers go down from the crane and move to a safe distance.

3.3.1.6. Tighten the slings and check that the sling is correct. Lift the trolley by 200300 mm above the gantry crane, making sure that the sling is reliable, move the trolley to the installation site specified by the work manager.

By analogy, remove the cockpit, cable drum, electrical equipment.

3.4. Removal of goat crane to pylons.

3.4.1. Install pylons, 2 electric winches, motor crane KS55713 in accordance with the plan. Attach the electric winches to the anchors.

3.4.2. Attach clamps of mounting polyspasts to the struts bases. Polyspast ropes are stored on winch drums. Rigidly attach fixed supports of goat crane, install shoes and stops under them.

3.4.3. Apply hairlines through each meter on both crane rails starting from axis of outer wheel of movable trolleys. Check the uniformity of moving trolleys by them. Before removal of the crane, install closely under 2 running wheels by temporary stop, before that remove the panels from two trolleys adjacent to the stops. Remove braces of RH and LH supports with KS55713 crane. Remove KS55713 valve from hazardous area.

3.4.4. Remove the crane from full height to the pylons by turning on the winches simultaneously. During installation, it is necessary to control the deviations of the running wheels, which should not exceed the permissible values:

- nonparallel of running trolley relative to rail track is not more than 1.1 mm;

- deviation of running wheel end plane from vertical plane not more than 7.5 mm;

Support of crane bridge on pylons must be complete.

3.4.5. Making sure that the bridge on the pylons is stable, disassemble the crane bridge.

3.3. Removal of goat crane supports.

3.4.1. Use KS55713 crane to remove supports and cantilevers of goat crane

3.5. Removal of goat crane bridge to low supports.

3.5.1. Install foundation blocks or sleepers two for each section (refer to diagram of crane installation at elev. 0.000)

3.5.2. Tie 2 cables to pylons d = 19 mm, L = 20 m. Engage one end of the cable with a tractor or bulldozer. The cable should not be pulled. The tractor (bulldozer) must be plugged.

3.5.3. Perform slinging of removed bridge (refer to bridge slinging unit)

3.5.4. At the command of the person responsible for safe operation of cranes, tighten the slings, making sure that the sling is reliable, lift the valve by 200 mm, check stability, correctness of sling and reliability of action of the cranes brake. Then lift the crane bridge above the supports by 500 mm.

3.5.5. At the command of the person responsible for safe operation of cranes, pull the supports by tractor from under the bridge to the side opposite to the installation of MKAT40 car cranes.

After the supports are pulled out from under the bridge at least 1 m at the command of the person responsible for the safe operation of cranes, two auto cranes slowly, without jerks, simultaneously lower the crane bridge onto pre-prepared foundations or sleepers.

The support of the crane bridge must be complete.

3.5.6. Making sure that the bridge is stable, disassemble the crane bridge.

Disassociate from the stairs.

Remove MKAT40 cranes from hazardous installation area. Cut the crane bridge in sections.

Using KS55713 crane remove bridge sections (sheet)

Loading and removal of bridge structures shall be performed by trawl.
