Work Sequence
I. Work of the preparatory period:
1. Development of this Project.
2. Audit, repair, manufacture of necessary equipment and mechanisms
3. Equipment of the facility for individual and collective protection.
4. Fencing of a potentially hazardous area, hanging of an information poster.
5. Delivery to the facility, installation and installation of necessary equipment and mechanisms and their connection to existing networks, grounding of equipment and mechanisms.
6. Arrangement of entrances and storage places for pipe disassembly products.
7. Execution of the work permit and handover of the object to the work under the work permit certificate for performance of works on the territory of the existing enterprise (in the form of Appendix SNiP 12032001).
8. The lighting device of the work site, performed by the Owner, lighting of the in-pipe space, is performed by the Contractor.
9. Installation of duct from water and gas pipe with diameter of 25mm from 0.00 to + 60m.
10. Inspection of the overlap for the presence of ash takeaways.
Main Period Works
1. From the inventory scaffolding, using the pneumatic tool, the working opening in the pipe shaft for the forklift is expanded to dimensions of 2.2 m. width by 2.7m. height.
2. On the traffic light platform at el. + 115.00m, a block is attached to the platform bracket, the working rope with a diameter of 9mm is manually raised and stored. electrohetics Q = 1.5 tons.
3. It is set up, loaded with foundation blocks and connected to the power supply of the electric heap Q = 1.5 tons.
4. With the help of electrolobing, using a rope-pull on the traffic light platform at el. + 115.00m. set cargo buckle, inventory ring scaffolding, all necessary tools, air hoses, electrical welding cable, manual hoists and ladders.
5. A load beam will rise to the cut of the pipe and is located diametrically.
6. Assembly units of the suspended working platform are supplied through one of the gas duct openings to the pipe cover, where the platform is assembled, cables are plugged, the working cable is stored, safety cables are adjusted and securely fixed, the site is tested by dynamic and static load, which provides nine-fold safety margin.
7. It is carefully set up, loaded with foundation blocks with nine times the load capacity, grounded and connected to electric power supply of electric heap Q = 3 tons.
8. With access through gas ducts, two openings are made in the floor to lower the disassembly products.
9. By passing the working platform from top to bottom, all the hung brick collapses, as well as weak lining points.
10. Using suspended working platform, pneumatic tool disassembles separation wall on chimney floor.
11. Disassembly products are removed from the slab into prepared openings, and from under the slab by the bucket loader MXM800 in shift, when disassembly work is not carried out.
12. Using a pneumatic tool, the pipe overlap is dismantled:
a). The overlap along the entire ring is cut;
b). Concrete is cut and reinforcement of one end of beams is cut (operation from the floor with insurance for the safety rope).
c). The concrete of the opposite end of the beams is cut down (work from the floor with insurance for the safety rope).
d). Last cut reinforcement is cut (operation from suspended working platform with insurance for safety rope).
13. To remove a floor from a pipe, the floor at zero elevation is cut into separate parts.
14. For removal of floor fragments and further removal of products of chimney disassembly, an electric ridge with a traction force of 5tf is installed, with a load of reinforced concrete blocks of at least 10 tons.
15. The slab is removed from the pipe with the help of an electrodeposition.
16. Lining and heat insulation of chimney are dismantled by the working platform from top to bottom using pneumatic tools.
17. Works on lining collapse are performed using bump hammers from suspended working platform. At least two people work on the site.
18. On each grip of works the suspended working platform from swinging is spread to four slings.
19. To collapse the lining between the wall and the edge of the platform, a gap of 300.... 400 mm is maintained.
20. During operation on suspended working platform it is necessary to use safety belts, Fasten safety belt carbines to safety loops pressed to safety ropes on three presses.
21. Removal of lining disassembly and insulation products from the zero elevation inside the pipe by the MKSM800 forklift truck through the working opening in the pipe base to the shift, when dismantling work is not carried out.
22. After the lining collapse works, the suspended work platform is lowered to zero elevation and the platform is removed from the pipe using a loader.
23. Working ropes of the suspended working platform and safety ropes are pulled to the traffic light platform at el. + 115.00m, diametrically located beam is removed, the specified devices are lowered to zero elevation by means of electric beam Q = 1.5 t.
24. From the traffic light platform at el. + 115.00m. ring scaffolding, flooring and scaffolding are adjusted to disassemble the pipe trunk.
25. On each tier of pipe disassembly, above the level of scaffolding, the safety cable is pulled, when the carabins of safety belts are on the forests, they must be covered for this cable.
26. During disassembly, the barrel is broken with vertical cuts into separate "cards" using bump hammers. Horizontal fittings are snacked by hydraulic scissors or cut by electric welding.
27. At the base of the "cards" niches are punched and the latter are undermined using wedges, jacks and lever winches.
28. Vertical reinforcement bars are snacked (cut) "Map" collapses inside the pipe. In the specified sequence, all work on this horizon is performed.
29. Ring forests are lowered to a new horizon (the necessary amount of rope is grazed from the lock, the rope is carefully pearled, the forests are lowered). It is unacceptable to find people in forests while they are being lowered.
30. Dismantled elements of steel structures, products of barrel disassembly are dumped inside the pipe, and at zero elevation they are removed by means of electric rider Q = 5tn and forklift truck MKS800 in shift, when work is not carried out to remove the pipe, the combination of these works is unacceptable.
31. Disassembly is carried out up to elev. + 60 m.
32. All work at the facility is carried out under the guidance of the foreman, foreman or foreman.
33. Work on disassembling the chimney is carried out in the first shift from 800 to 1700, work on removing disassembly products in the second shift from 1700 to 300.
