Description of the project.
The warehouse building is prefabricated metal, modular type, unheated, single-span, rectangular in plan with dimensions in axes of 15x12m, wall height-8.35m, skate height-10.56m.
1. Construction systems and products.
1.1 Frame storage building is made of metal frames of variable section with pitch of 6 m. Frame connection with hinge foundation. Longitudinal rigidity of the building is provided by connecting blocks, which include diagonal and horizontal connections, made from profile pipe 60x60x4mm, as well as setting roofing runs from bent channel 160x80x4mm and wall runs made from bent channel 120 * 60 * 4mm.
1.2 Columnar foundations of the building with dimensions of 1.5x1.5m and 1x1m with height of 1.5m, made of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete.
1.3 Bearing structures of the frame are made of variable-section frames (main frames) and beam I-beam 30B1 (frame frames).
1.4 Gable roof of the building with a slope of 15 °. Roof coating is made of shaped sheet along runs from bent channel 160x80x4mm.
1.5 Walls of the building are made of profiled sheet along runs from bent channel 120x60x4mm.
1.6 Floors in the building are made of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete slab with thickness of 100mm from concrete of class B20 with polymer cement coating with thickness of 10mm. Preparation of concrete of class B7.5, crushed stone of fraction 20-40 and sand is arranged under the floors.
1.7 In the end part of the building there is an open metal gate with a gate of 4.5 * 3.5m size made of 60x40x2mm pipe with their subsequent sheathing with a profiled sheet.
1.8 Outside the building of the building wall and gate are covered with profiled sheet MP20A-1100 * 0.5 with painting according to RAL 7004. The roof is covered with profiled sheet HS35-1000 * 0.7 with colour as per RAL 7004.
