The working design is developed in accordance with the state norms, rules, standards, initial data, as well as the specifications and requirements issued by the state supervision bodies and organizations when agreeing on the location of the facility, and ensures safe operation subject to the measures envisaged by the project.
Ii. general data
This project is based on:

Owner's requirements to perform power supply to the construction site located at M.O. Noginsky District near the village of Borisovo section No. 1
and in accordance with the requirements of PUE and other regulatory documents to ensure the standards presented for power supply to electrical installations.
In accordance with the calculation, the total installed power of the electrical receivers of the construction site is PYS = 401 kW, the design power PPS = 279/317 kV with a weighted average value of the power factor cos f = 0.86. The power calculation and the list of electric consumers are indicated on sheet 7 of this project.
According to the degree of reliability of power supply, electrical receivers of the construction site belong to the IIth category according to the classification of PUE.
Power supply of power distribution boards (WBS) of the construction site shall be provided from 4 diesel generator units (DGP) of the type ________________ installed on the chassis, by overhead lines (VLI) made by the NIP 2A wire, laid along wooden supports according to the typical design of the 3.407.5141 series, the distances between the supports are taken equal to 25 m (sheet 11, series 3.407.5141 series of wires), units C.00. Wire sections are selected by capacity, checked for permissible voltage losses and by the condition of protection operation in case of single-phase short circuits (overhead line protection devices are installed in DGP in metal cabinets with protection degree IP 44.)
On the basis of maps of climatic zoning for ice and wind with repeatability 1 once every 10 years, taking into account comparison with indicators of repeatability 1 once every 25 years, the following climatic conditions were adopted for the designed VLF:
ice area -3 Vn = 15-20 mm.
in wind -2 Wo = 500 Pa.
The routing of the overhead lines, the installation of supports and the location of the CB of the construction site is shown on the plan (sheet 8).
As a WS, metal switchgear cabinets of the MCC type with a protection degree of IP 54 manufactured by IEC are used, and MCC can be installed near supports on a support from a 75x75x5 corner 700 mm high. According to the schematic diagrams, plug connectors with the degree of protection IP 44 are installed at the ends of the SB.
On the territory of the construction site there are 30 appliances for the needs of working personnel. Power supply of domestic appliances is carried out from SBS 5, installed inside DGP No. 4 with a SIP2A 4x25 mm wire laid through the air on supports to the nearest domestic, then with an VVGng 4x16mm ² cable opened along the external walls of domestic appliances at a height of 2.5 m:
Feed lines shall be inserted into the chimneys in the metal pipe section. To protect the cables from damage, close the pipe ends with plastic bushings of type B. The holes for installation of pipes must be of minimum size, providing free passage of pipes. The gaps between the cable and the pipe and between the pipe and the construction structure shall be sealed on each side with easily removable mass of non-combustible material (e.g. construction gypsum) in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0685.
A distribution cabinet (BCb) with protective devices according to the schematic diagrams is installed in each household.
Supply mains from ShRb to consumers are supplied by means of plug sockets and are made open by 3x2.5 mm ² VBGng cables laid in non-combustible corrugated pipe. The lighting network of the appliance is open with a 3x1.5 mm ² VBGng cable in a non-combustible corrugated pipe.
Lighting of the construction site area shall be performed by spotlights of LCD 04400001 type with lamps of DNaT 400 W type installed on supports No. 4,6,9,10,13,15. The spotlights are powered from the nearest MCS, control is carried out by the switch on the MCS.
Grounding and safety measures of electrical installations are performed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1-7.
TNCS system is provided for designed internal power supply of consumers. The project provides for the following protective measures:
The generator neutral grounding system, re-grounding of the PEN conductor for the switchgear cabinets (see sheets 14,15, calculation and fabrication of grounding devices, see Appendix) was performed.
• 380/220V mains voltage system with de-grounded neutral
generator with TNCS grounding system;
• all metal enclosures of electrical equipment and cable installation structures that are not normally energized but may be energized due to insulation damage shall be grounded (grounded).
• in single-phase networks, connection is performed using the third cable core, in three-phase networks using the fifth cable core connected to PE bus.
• circuit breakers are used to protect electric consumers and the electric grid from overload and short-circuit currents.
• to protect people from leakage currents, a differential switch with a ∆In= of 30 mA was used.
It is allowed to replace the designed electrical equipment with a similar one, in terms of operational characteristics, climatic design and placement category corresponding to the installation sites and not degrading the operational characteristics. At the same time, coordination with the developers of the documentation is not required, no changes are made to the documentation.
