Electrical lighting of the territory of Nskaya TPP OJSC around the perimeter

General explanatory note.

This working project for the coverage of the territory of Nskoy TPP OJSC around the perimeter was developed on the basis of letter No. 18/798DU dated 22. 5.2014 g.

and data provided by Owner

The design object is the perimeter of the territory of Nskaya TPP OJSC. The perimeter is 5900m long. The perimeter line runs along rough terrain, the height differences are no more than 5 m.

The perimeter lighting system is designed to create the required level of illumination for the action of the response team and provides:

- illumination in strip 45m along perimeter not less than 0.75lx at ground level in horizontal plane;

- possibility of adjustment of lamps by angle of installation place;

- automatic actuation of security lighting by the signal from the photocell;

- - possibility of manual (backup) control of lighting operation.

The project was completed in full compliance with the current regulatory documentation for design and construction issued by the State Building of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislative bodies and provides a high level of technical and construction solutions, environmental and operational safety.

The project provides for the use of supports, foundations, equipment, materials manufactured by industry according to the current GOST, OSTAM and TS and the corresponding normative indicators for quality, reliability and operating conditions.

Substantiation of the main design solutions

Perimeter security lighting provides for use

lighting fixtures for outdoor lighting installed on

railway supports for VL0.38 kV. Used as light source

mercury lamps DRL125 consumed power 125 W

Luminaires are installed at a height of 7 m. Type of illuminator RKU 01125 with protective glass from light stabilized polycarbonate to protect the lamp from mechanical damage .

Project Indicators:

Installed power - 7.042 kW per phase;

Mains voltage - 380/220 V;

The number of lamps per phase is 56; 56; 57 pcs;

Total supports/lamps around the perimeter - 169 pcs.

The total installed power is 21.125 kW.

System operation:

Outdoor lighting consists of 6 sections (groups), which are powered by existing RU0.4kV located on the territory of Nskaya TPP OJSC. Each section is fed from the SW lighting board located in the guard room. From SW to the first support, KL0.4kV is made, laid in the trench and along the support strut.

In automatic mode, the lighting is switched on by the signal from the photorelle at a low illumination level (less than 5Lk). For manual control of security lighting, a control panel is used, which is installed in the guard room in the guard shift room.

Connect the lamps alternately to different phases of the group-

howling lines for uniform phase load.

Install the photocell supplied from the lighting panel on the outside

wall of the guard building with direction of photosensitive plane of photo-

resistor to the north.
