Project Description

The explanatory note contains 45 sheets, 6 figures, 3 sheets of A1 format, 9 sources, 2 annexes.

DRIVE, PLATE CONVEYOR, GEAR WHEEL, MODULE, NUMBER OF TEETH, POWER, SPEED, TORQUE.

The design object is the plate conveyor drive.

The purpose of the work is to design the drive of the plate conveyor.

As a result of the work, a plate conveyor drive was designed.

Technical and economic calculations

Oil for lubrication of the mechanism should be clean, acid-free, should not contain water and solid particles.

It is recommended to use oil of grade "I40A" GOST 2079975.

During operation of the mechanism, oil is sprayed with rapidly rotating gears, due to which it falls on all working surfaces of the reduction gear box.

Plastic lubricant is put into bearing assemblies, which is prevented from flowing out by retaining rings.

Oil replacement should be performed for the first time after 1215 days, for the second time - after 2025 days, then once every 3 months. Oil is lowered through the drain hole provided in the reduction gear box housing.

When changing oil, the mechanisms must be washed with pure kerosene. Before filling oil should be filtered.
