Description
In the design of the drive, use a two-stage cylindrical reduction gear with a bifurcated slow-moving stage. The designed machine unit serves as a drive to the plate conveyor. Drive consists of electric motor whose shaft is connected through elastic clutch to drive shaft of double-flow cylindrical reduction gear. A sprocket of vertically located chain transmission is fitted on the driven shaft of the reduction gear, which drives the traction chains of the plate conveyor. Design input: pipeline load constant; value of starting moment is assigned by technical characteristic of selected electric engine; t = 10 years; Kg = 0.4; Ks = 0.33; tmax=1.05c; dimensions of traction chain - GOST 588-81, dimensions of sprocket-GOST 592-81; traction force F=6kH; circuit speed v = 0.9m/s; circuit pitch P = 80mm; number of sprocket teeth z = 10. In the graphic part of the project developed: general view of the drive; reduction gear box; coupling; Detail working drawings.
