Description
The mobile heat generator is used for space heating. The heating process takes place by warming up the room with hot air. An equalizing grid is mounted between the hot air outlet and the combustion chamber cavity 16. The annular cavity of the combustion chamber is needed for uniform supply of hot air to the burner zone in order to create a fuel-air mixture, for partial cooling of combustion products and uniform supply to the heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger 9 for uniform heating constructions. The heat exchanger 9 is made with a central channel 15, which is formed by vertical pipes fixed at their ends in the tube sheets at a certain distance from each other. The inner concentric cylinder 13 can move freely relative to the housing 10 of the air blower 6 to compensate for the thermal expansion of the heat exchanger tubes.
First, the air blower 6 is switched on, then the ignition device. If there is a flame on the ignition device, the fuel enters the burner device 11. Then, air is supplied through the channel 5 through the heat exchanger 9 to remove hot air to the burner device. To cool the burner device, air is supplied along the annular cavity 12, which, in order to ensure a uniform supply, passes through the leveling grid 16. The combustion products pass through the heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger and are cooled to a predetermined temperature. As they cool, they give off heat to the air, heating it up. Further, through the exhaust pipe 2, heating the waste oil in the fuel line 17, they are discharged into the environment. To change the temperature of the combustion products at the inlet to the heat exchanger, the flow area of the outlet pipe is adjusted with a gate 3. For example, to decrease the temperature, the flow area is increased by the gate, in this case the flow rate of secondary (additional) air through the annular cavity 12 increases and the temperature of the combustion products decreases. If it is necessary to increase the temperature of the combustion products in front of the heat exchanger, the flow area of the exhaust pipe should be reduced with a gate valve. By blocking the fuel line 17, the heat generator is turned off from operation.
