In the course project, the issues of verification thermal calculation of heat-generating units were considered.
The calibration calculation is made for the existing boiler unit. Parameters of air, water and combustion products at boundaries between heating surfaces, efficiency of boiler unit and fuel consumption are determined by available structural characteristics at specified load and fuel.
In this course design, enthalpies of the theoretical volume of air and fuel combustion products, enthalpies of combustion products in gas ducts were determined and the boiler was checked.
