Introduction
The goal of the course project is to consolidate students' theoretical knowledge and
acquisition of practical skills in design of erection technology
multi-storey building and development of main process documents
Work Execution Project (WP): Construction Plan and Network.
The building is a 9-story apartment block section.
Characteristics of the construction area
The project was developed according to SP 131.13330.2018 "SNiP 230199 *" Construction climatology "and SP 20.13330.2016" Loads and impacts "for the following conditions:
- climatic area II, subarea II G, area equated to
regions of the Far North (SP 131.13330.2018);
- estimated winter outside air temperature for the coldest
five days is minus 33 С (SP 131.13330.2018);
- design snow load on 1m2 horizontal surface is
3.2 kPa (SP 20.13330.2016),
- standard wind speed at a height of 10 m is accepted equal to 0.73
kPa (SP 20.13330.2016).
The seismicity of the construction site is 10 points. Standard
depth of seasonal freezing of open soil is 1.5 m.
Organization of construction works
1.1 Preparation, content and security requirements of the Territory
construction site
The organization of the construction site (location of temporary and permanent roads, electric and water supply networks, cranes, mechanized installations, storage sites, sanitary facilities) should correspond to the construction plan. The object under construction is fenced in accordance with GOST 2340778. During the works it is necessary to comply with the requirements of SNiP 12.0301 "Safety in construction." At the entrances and at the construction site itself, the necessary road signs are installed, equipped and designated safe passages for pedestrians.
During the period of engineering preparation, the construction site is exempted from all buildings, trees, structures interfering with the construction of the object; perform priority work on the planning of the territory, providing temporary runoff of surface water; transfer existing underground and above-ground networks; arranging temporary lighting; installing temporary and permanent water and power supply sources and networks; build access roads and roads, arrange temporary structures for the placement and maintenance of builders, using prefabricated or mobile temporary household facilities for this; splitting is performed. Since the completion of work is expected for the winter period, landscaping of the territory is recommended for the next year in the spring-summer period .
At the entrance to the construction site, an emblem and a shield are placed, which are indicated by the main characteristics of construction. The minimum width of the roadway shall be 3 m in the same direction and 6 m.
To ensure the safety of work in the dark, all places of possible work execution are illuminated in accordance with MN 8180 standards. For additional lighting of work places, inventory portable searchlight towers are used. Floodlights are placed at such a height that they do not blind the workers. Lighting installations are subject to mandatory grounding. Power and lighting loads of the construction site are supplied from the complete transformer substation at voltage 380/220 V. Voltage of the power network 380V, lighting 220V. A voltage of 42V is also provided to power some types of power tools and portable lamps and 12V to power portable lamps. The entrances to the building under construction are protected from above by a continuous canopy with a width of not less than the width of the entrance with a flight at a distance of not less than 2 m from the building wall. The angle formed between the canopy and the upstream wall above the entrance shall be within 7075C.
Safety requirements for workplace organization.
The organization of workplaces should ensure the safety of work. Workplaces are equipped with fences, if necessary, and workers are provided with protective and safety devices and devices. At the workplace, the presence of unauthorized persons interfering with the work is prohibited. Driveways, passages and workplaces need to be cleaned regularly, not cluttered, and those located outside the building - sprinkled with sand in winter. Passages with a slope of more than 200 are equipped with ramps or stairs with fencing. Width of passages to workplaces and to workplaces shall be not less than 0.6 m, and height of passages in the light shall be not less than 1.8m. Workplaces and passages to them at a height of 1.3 m or more and a distance of less than 2 m from the difference in height are enclosed with temporary fences in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.4.05978. If fences are impossible or expedient, the workers are provided with safety belts according to GOST 12.4.08980. The places of attachment of the safety belt carbine are indicated in advance by the foreman or foreman. Openings in floors and openings of staircases to which people can access must be closed with a solid strong flooring or have fences with side boards along the entire perimeter.
1.3 Location and safety requirements for construction machines and
mechanisms.
Machines and mechanisms are placed on the construction site in strict accordance with the project of work. The main requirements for operation are as follows: selection of types and grades of machines, their arrangement on the working site should ensure convenient supply and acceptance of cargo to the places of unloading, loading and installation, prevent cluttering of passages and passages; only safe modes of operation of machines and mechanisms should be used; maintenance personnel must be qualified, know the safety rules when working on this machine. A prerequisite for the safe operation of machines at facilities is the fencing of their area of operation.
Organization and safety requirements for warehousing and storage of building materials and structures.
For material storage, arrangement of open and closed storage platforms in the area of boom crane operation is provided. A three-day stock of materials and structures must be provided for work without process interruptions.
During warehousing between stacks of materials, leave passages for people and passages for the movement of vehicles and loading and unloading mechanisms. The width of the passages between stacks for people should be at least 1 m. It is envisaged to store the pulverized materials in closed containers, the loading holes of which are closed with protective grids. Those working with these materials are provided with individual means of protection of the respiratory and visual organs (respiratory agents or antipylix glasses). Loose materials in the open area are stored in stacks in compliance with the angle of natural slope for this type of material or are protected by strong retaining walls. When replenishing the stack or shipping part of the material, the angle of natural slope must be maintained to avoid collapse. It is strictly forbidden to select loose materials by the method of excavation, since this can cause collapse of the stack. Co-storage of oxygen and acetylene cylinders or other combustible and explosive gases is prohibited. When the cylinders are stored in the open air, they are protected from direct exposure to sunlight. All gas cylinders shall be coloured and clearly marked with the name of the gas contained therein. Bitumen is stored under a canopy and protected from the effects of sunlight. Heat insulation materials are stored in stacks up to 1.2 m high. Paint, insulation, finishing and other materials that emit explosive or harmful substances are allowed to be stored at workplaces in quantities not exceeding replacement needs. Sanitary products - enameled, cast iron and steel are stored on wooden gaskets or gaskets with paper liners along them.
Materials, structures and equipment when stored on an open area are laid as follows: bricks - in pallets in no more than two tiers, slabs - in stacks no more than 2.5 m high; radiators in the form of separate sections or in assembled form - in stacks with a height of not more than 1 m.
Development of Work Execution Network
BY OBJECT.
Early start of work - the earliest moment of work. Early onset
initial work of the schedule is zero. The early start of any work is equal to the maximum early end of previous work.
The early end of work is the earliest moment of completion of this work, equal to the sum of the early beginning and duration.
The late start of work is the very late start of work, at which the duration of the critical path does not change. The difference between the late end of this work and its duration is equal.
Late completion of work - the latest moment of completion of work, at
which does not change the duration of the critical path.
Full Time Reserve - Maximum Time to Increase
duration of work or postpone its beginning without increasing the critical path. This time is equal to the difference between the late and early dates of the start or end of work.
Free time reserve - the time by which you can increase the duration of work or postpone its start, without changing the early start of subsequent work.
Construction Plot Plan Design
Construction plan is being developed for the period of zero cycle, construction
above-ground part, finishing works.
It is necessary:
─ for rational location of construction facilities on the site;
determination of on-site transportation distances, construction volumes of temporary buildings and structures;
─ provision of construction: production buildings and structures;
─ Temporary administrative and residential premises;
─ temporary power supply and electrical lighting;
─ Temporary water supply; sewage;
─ heat supply;
─ compressed air;
─ communication and dispatching;
─ Temporary roads by drainage;
─ warehousing;
─ indication of location of permanent and temporary transport routes, water networks, electric, heat supply and sewerage, installation
