The magnitude of the repair complexity category of various types of equipment depends on their design and technological features, as well as weight characteristics.

The initial data for determining the repair complexity of various 

models of equipment are the technical specifications contained in the passports.

The universal cylindrical grinding machine 3B12 is designed for grinding cylinders, shallow and steep cones, cylindrical and conical holes.

Grinding can be performed both in fixed centers and in a chuck.

The sliding blocks of the grinding spindle and the grinding spindle itself are made rotatable, which allows for grinding cones whose length exceeds the width of the circle.

By rotating the front spindle or the upper rotary table, it is possible to grind conical holes.

The machine automates the longitudinal movement of the table and the transverse feed of the grinding wheel for each table stroke. Both of these movements can also be performed manually.
