Opposite plunger pump

The high-performance fuel pump is designed to supply fuel under high pressure to the engine fuel system. The design ensures reliable operation under high loads, accurate dosing and pressure stability in a wide range of modes.

According to the assembly drawing and specification:

The pump body (VKR-130000.000.000.051) is made of cast iron VCh45 according to GOST 7293-85. It has high rigidity and processing accuracy. The tolerance of the perpendicularity of the holes for the sleeves relative to the shaft rotation axis is no more than 0.02 mm per 100 mm of length.

The plunger (VKR-130000.000.000.020) is made of steel ШХ-10 according to GOST 808-70, undergoes heat treatment to a hardness of 61 ... 64 HRC. The working structure is fine-needle martensite, residual austenite is not more than 15%. Provides durability and wear resistance of the unit.

Cylinder cover (VKR-130000.000.000.003) – closes the working chamber, ensures tightness.

Amplifier unit with bearing (VKR-130000.000.000.006) – serves to transmit force and maintain the accuracy of the plunger.

Mounting flange (VKR-130000.000.000.009) – for reliable fixation of the pump on the unit.

Safety and regulating valve (VKR-130000.000.000.019) – ensures safety and pressure stabilization.
