This project was carried out on the basis of the customer's task and in accordance with the specifications of the Nizhnovenergo branch of IDGC Center and Volga Region OJSC
No. 21/257H383 dated September 12, 2008 allowing connection of the required power in the amount of 2 kW.
According to the degree of reliability of power supply, the object belongs to the third category. Power supply of non-residential room No. 1 at the address: N. Novgorod, st. Malaya Pokrovskaya d.20a is carried out from the BRU (newly installed) powered by the support (existing) cable mark- AVVG 2x16. The lead-in cable is protected by circuit breaker C, 1p. 20A.
Energy consumption accounting:
Energy consumption is recorded by single-phase electronic meter SEB2A.05.2, with accuracy class "1" directly switched on.
Wiring:
Single-phase group network is made with 3-wire (L, PE, N) cable of VBGng grade hidden in metal box - socket network, lighting network. The supply cable from the support to the building is run on a cable in corrugated electrical equipment. PVC pipe, lowering along the building below elevation 2.500 is laid in metal pipe. Demand coefficient Ks = 0.47, the calculated power of current collectors is: Rracch = 1.9 kW, the calculated current is: Irach = 8.7 A. When laying wires and cables, the requirements of the "Instructions for the selection and use of installation wires" should be taken into account, including requirements for rooms and buildings made of burned materials, as well as "Uniform technical guidelines for the selection and use of electric cables." Voltages of the group network ~ 220 V.
Electrical safety measures:
Earthing System - TN - C - S.
Perform a re-grounding circuit at the entry into the room, for that fill at least 3 vertical grounding conductors St. 40 x 40 x 3000 mm. Loop resistance must be not more than 10 ohms. By separating the conductor PEN into PE and N in the switchboard. At the input to the electrical installation, perform a potential equalization system, for which purpose combine (by welding) all metal building structures, metal pipes, etc., with the main grounding bus. All non-energized metal parts of the equipment shall be grounded.
To ensure the electrical safety of people, the outlets of the premises are protected by a protective disconnection device with a leakage current of 30 mA .
To ensure reliable and safe operation, all conductors must have color marking in accordance with GOST 462-92 and item 2.31 of the PUE (zero protective - yellow/green, zero working - blue, phase conductors - other).
The entire power grid is designed for a long-term - permissible load and checked for voltage loss.
All installation shall be in accordance with PUE and SNiP 3.05.0685.
