Description

Explanatory note for 41 s, including 6 drawings, 4 sheets of drawings. In the course project, according to the task, the drive of the main movement of the lathe-carousel mode was developed. 1512F3. The kinematic diagram of the drive and the graph of rotation speeds of the main motion drive have been developed. Two different versions of structural grids are considered and analyzed. Design calculations of gears, shafts and belt gear were made. A layout diagram of the speed box has been developed, bearings have been selected, structural elements of individual parts have been determined. A description of the speed box lubrication system has been made, the lubricants used are indicated. Technical design of speed box is made in graphic part. Description of the developed structure is given. The advantages and disadvantages of this node in comparison with the base case are reflected. The use of a DC motor made it possible to significantly simplify the design of the main drive of the machine while expanding its technological capabilities: - a stepless drive of the main movement .

Introduction

The technical level of any country is primarily determined by the state and development of machine tools, which is one of the important industries.

Machine tool designers face serious challenges. Newly created machines should be socially expedient, technical and aesthetic perfect, economical. It is known that a machine meeting all these requirements can have different kinematics, construction, layout and shape. In turn, a machine of a certain design can be manufactured at different levels of organization of production, different technological methods and can have different quality of execution. Only the optimal combination of a successful design solution, modern technologies, and the co-temporary organization of production can ensure the creation of a machine that meets the modern requirements of the consumer.

The course project is an independent work of the future engineer.

Performance of work serves not only as a comprehensive test of a student's preparation for work in the workplace, but is also an important form and method of acquiring self-employment skills.

In this work, you can try to take from several analogues the best qualities and characteristics, introduce your design solutions in order to get a new machine that meets modern requirements.

Conclusion

Summing up the work done on the topic "Develop a turning-carousel single-stage CNC machine," we note the advantages of the designed design in comparison with the base model of the machine 1512F3, which has a step-by-step control of the rotation speed of the faceplate .

The designed speed box assembly has stepless control due to the use of the 4PF180S DC motor. The main advantage of a drive with stepless regulation is the increase in processing efficiency due to accurate adjustment of the speed optimal for cutting modes, the ability to smoothly change speed during operation, the ease of automation of the speed switching process due to the use of electromagnetic couplings of contact design. The disadvantage is the high cost of the DC motor.
