Description

Variant 14, Block section ordinary 5-storey 15-apartment

MULTI-STOREY CIVIL BUILDING

The construction site of the city of Irkutsk. The building of a residential building is located in a residential microdistrict on a plot free from development. The dimensions of the building in the axes are 11.6x15.4m. For the relative elevation 0.000, the elevation of the clean floor of the first floor is taken, which corresponds to the absolute elevation 197.01. The interpolation method determines the elevations in the corners of the building: H1 = 104 H2 = 103.5 H3 = 103 H4 = 102.5 We determine the design elevations of the main corners of the building: Nsr = 102.5 The designed residential 5-story building has a rectangular plan shape with overall dimensions on the external surfaces of the walls 11.6 x 15.4 m. This building is 2-second. The residential part of the building consists of 15 apartments. The building is not equipped with an elevator. The typical floor plan of a residential building includes 3 apartments. The roof is double, with a slope of 30, the system is strapy, the coating is a cipher. Drainage - external. The main volumes of the building in height are 5 main floors and an attic. The height of the floor is 2.7 m. The attic has a height of 2.1 m. For a relative elevation of 0.000, the floor level elevation of the 1st floor is taken. Elevation of the ground layout surface: - 0.900 m.

Introduction

Multi-storey buildings in large cities are the most massive and have become widespread due to functional qualities and greater economy. An increase in storeys contributes to the economical use of urban areas. The construction of multi-storey buildings is widespread in many countries. Recently, it has been increasingly distributed in small and medium-sized cities on specially designated land plots. Attention to multi-storey construction is increasing, despite the fact that this development is characterized by a high density of housing stock and, in accordance with this, a relatively high cost of improvement per unit of useful area. However, multi-storey construction has significant advantages. On a small building area, the maximum possibility of building housing. Here, the presence of a small landscaped area near the dwelling improves living conditions.

Multi-storey buildings are subject to functional, structural, aesthetic, architectural, artistic and economic requirements. In addition to these requirements, attention is drawn to the improvement in the layout of apartments, the design methodology, the requirements of a safe fire evacuation, as well as the layout of communications.

Characteristics of the construction area

1.1 Initial data

Duration of period with average daily temperature < 8 ° С: 210day.

Average temperature of the period with average daily temperature < 8 ° С:

- 2.9C °.

The average daily amplitude of the air temperature of the coldest month is + 7.3 С °.

The average daily amplitude of the warmest month air temperature is + 10.7 С °.

1.3 Humidity and precipitation

Average relative humidity: coldest month: 83%;

hottest month: 76%. Rainfall, mm: during the cold period: 213;

for a warm period: 441.

1.4 Air movement

The prevailing wind direction for the cold period: Yu.

The maximum of the average wind speeds in rumbes in January, m/s: 4.9.

The prevailing wind direction over a warm period: SZ.

The minimum of the average wind speeds in rumbes for July, m/s: 0.

Master Plan

The building of a residential building is located in a residential microdistrict on a plot free from development. The dimensions of the building in the axes are 11.6x15.4m. The plot plan of the site was developed taking into account a number of requirements and conditions.

Inside the microdistrict, a place is provided for household needs, sports and recreation. The adult recreation area and the children's playground are separate. To isolate the sites along their perimeter, dense planting of trees and shrubs was carried out.

Thus, on the territory of the site there is a landscaped courtyard, a playground.

For the relative elevation 0.000, the elevation of the clean floor of the first floor is taken, which corresponds to the absolute elevation 197.01.

The interpolation method determines the elevations in the corners of the building:

H1 = 104

H2 = 103.5

H3 = 103

H4 = 102.5

We define the design elevations of the main corners of the building:

Nsr = 102.5

Engineering equipment

Water supply - domestic, from the external network, design head at the base of 21 m.

Sewerage - household in the city network, internal water drain with release to the pavement.

Heating - central water, single-tube system with radiators M140 AO. Coolant temperature 95 - 75

Ventilation is natural.

Hot water supply - from the external network, design head at the base of the risers 21 m.

Gas supply - from the external network to the cookers.

Power supply - from external network, voltage 380/220 V.

Lighting - filament lamps.

Communication device - telephony, radio broadcasting, collective television antennas.

Waste water - with a camera on the 1st floor with a replaceable container.

Technical and economic indicators

1. The building area Pz is the area enclosed within the external perimeter of the building at the level of the basement - 831.06 m2.

2. Residential area Pj - the total area of residential rooms - 1418.46 m2.

3. Auxiliary area of PP - the sum of the areas of a serving nature (corridors, bathrooms, kitchens, front, etc.) - 1108.8 m2.

4. Useful area Ppol sum of residential and auxiliary areas - 2527.26 m2.

5. General given

Pop area - the sum of the useful area and the area of loggia, balconies, stairs and tambours - 3002.03 m2.

6. The construction volume of the above-ground part of the Os building is determined by multiplying the building area by the height from the level of the clean floor of the first floor to the top of the attic insulation - 16084.5 m3.

7. K1 indicator expressing feasibility of planning solution: ratio of living area Pj to useful PPl - 0.56

8. K2 (volume factor), which expresses the amount of m3 of building volume per main design unit:

K2 = Os/Pg - per 1 m2 of living space - 11.34

Conclusion

During the course project, the following were achieved:

Main objectives:

- fixing of theoretical material obtained in the process of pro-

listening to lectures on the course "Architecture of multi-storey buildings" and by

independent work;

- acquisition and consolidation of design skills

construction drawings of multi-storey buildings in accordance with the requirements of

GOST 21.5012011 "Rules for execution of working documentation of archives

architectural and structural solutions ";

He studied the methodology of heat engineering calculation.

Got acquainted with the technology of production of reinforced concrete products and

structures, taking into account which design was carried out.

Received skills in working with regulatory and technical literature and

full-fledged sources.

I have gained the useful experience and skills that I will need to do other work.
