Description
The course project in the discipline "Architecture of industrial and civil buildings" provides for the development of a 15-storey residential building. This house belongs to the residential buildings of the sectional type. The foundation is slab. The supporting columns of the building are made of steel beams of I-beam cross-section. The walls are made of aerated concrete blocks and equipped with a ventilated facade. The floors are made on steel beams of I-beam cross-section. Structural system – frame. The building has a cold attic. This house has a basement unheated room, two elevators.
