Description

Cross-cutting machine TsKB-40 refers to balancing machines with the lower location of the saw and moving it along the arc trajectory.

For sawing on the TsKB-40 machine, the boards are fed in the longitudinal direction, i.e. perpendicular to the saw plane, and on the TsKB-40-1 and TsKB-63-1 machines, the boards can be fed both in the longitudinal and transverse directions. These machines are of the same type, so we will consider in more detail the design and order of operation of the TsKB-40 machine.

The main movement mechanism (Fig. 12, a, b) consists of a saw shaft 2 with a saw 1 mounted on hinged parts of frame 3 I 4. The saw blade is rotated by a V-belt transmission 6 from the electric motor 7 mounted coaxially with the swing axis of the frame part 4. The tension of the V-belt transmission is carried out by extending the movable part of the frame with a nut 5.

The feed mechanism consists of parts of the frame 3 and 4, which, during the operation of the machine, make swinging movements from the hydraulic cylinder 9 connected to the bed through suspension 8. The safety elements consist of a fixed (side) fence 17 and a movable fence - a clamp 13, fixed on two levers 12 and connected by a rod 10 to a suspension 8. The height of the fence lift 13 is regulated by a screw 11.

The base elements of the machine are a table 16 and a ruler 14, which is installed in a certain position depending on the width of the sawn material 15. The supporting element is a welded bed 20, which has doors on both sides. At the back of the bed there is a branch pipe for connection to the exhaust system. Inside it are placed the mechanism of the main movement and supply, as well as mounted control buttons 18 and hydraulic equipment.
