Description
The drawing of A1 format presents a machine-hardware scheme of milk production.
The production of drinking pasteurized cow's milk and cream consists of the following stages and main operations:
- milk acceptance, quality sorting and measurement of the amount of milk received;
- purification from mechanical impurities and cooling of raw milk;
- heating and separation of milk;
- dosing of various fractions of milk formula and normalization of milk;
- purification of heated normalized milk and its homogenization;
- pasteurization and cooling of milk and cream;
- packing milk in consumer and transport containers.
