Description of equipment structure
Software and hardware of the telemechanics system is made on the basis of equipment of LLC Interface, Yekaterinburg, as part of the equipment complex of AKP Iset.
The system includes:
Central data collection module "SynomIP" (A7);
Telemechanical modem UPSTM02 (A5);
Module of input of the remote signaling and telemetry integrated "TC430" (A9);
Module of input of telemetry of "TIT430" (A8);
Module of withdrawal of teams of telecontrol of "TU430" (A10);
Radio station "MOTOROLA GM340" (A33);
PF81V bandpass filter (A34);
Lightning protection device "CA35RS" (A35);
Power supply of tele-measurement and telecontrol modules is provided from DC voltage source (ACDC) "+ 24V," P = 30V, DRA3024 (Chifa) (A1);
Power supply of UPTM02 telemechanical modem is provided from additional power supply "+ 12V";
"MOTOROLA GM340" radio station is powered by a separate DC power supply "ANLI DP" "+ 13.8V" (GU1).
Telemechanics system carries out:
Tele-measurement of currents and voltages using "TIT 430" module;
reception of signals of integral measurements from electric power metering devices and tele-alarm using "TS 430" module;
output of telecontrol signals through "TU 430" module.
The "SynomIP" module collects data from television measurement objects and transmits them to the control room. Data is transmitted to the control room via the radio channel using the MOTOROLA GM340 radio station and the corresponding antenna feeder equipment. In accordance with the present situation, the dispatcher has the ability to remotely control telecontrol objects.
Information about telemechanics objects is displayed in the control room on workstations. Telemechanics workstations are designed to meet the specific requirements of telemechanics systems. The base software of the workstations is OIC "Manager." OIC "Manager" is an operational management and visualization system with an object-oriented architecture, which is based on the Windows or MSDOS operating system.
With the help of a workstation, maintenance personnel can not only monitor the ho-home of the process, but also generate equipment control signals. In addition, the man-machine interface allows you to process system alarms and generate information messages for the manager.
Cases
Telemechanics system equipment is located in three cabinets: SHSTM1, SHSTM2, SHSR. Cabinet SHSTM1 AKP "Iset" manufactured by NTK "Interface," Yekaterinburg. SHSR cabinet - UT300 radio communication equipment cabinet is assembled and debugged in Ural Telecom LLC, Perm.
The design uses the Rittal single-sided pre-stupa cabinet of the AE series to accommodate SHSTM2 equipment. The cabinet has size 800600250 and degree of protection IP54 as per EN 60 529/10.91.
Cables are supplied to cabinets from below through seals installed in the lower panel.
Cabinets with equipment installed in them are resistant to the effects of ambient air temperature from 0 to + 50C and humidity to 80% at a temperature of 35C, as well as to the effect of sinusoidal vibrations in the range of 5... 35Hz.
Cabinet housings are made of high-quality steel in the form of a welded frame and a blind, easily removable door.
3.1. SHSTM1 CABINET
SHSTM1 cabinet is a specialized telemechanical complex of "Iset" automatic transmission system. Functions of the cabinet are reception of signals of tele-measurements and tele-signaling, as well as output of signals of tele-control (TU).
The cabinet equipment constitutes the core of the telemechanics system and contains:
Central data collection module "SynomIP" (A7);
Telemechanical modem UPSTM02 (A5);
Module of input of the remote signaling and telemetry integrated "TC430" (A9);
Module of input of telemetry of "TIT430" (A8);
Module of withdrawal of teams of telecontrol of "TU430" (A10);
3.2. SHSTM2 CABINET
The cabinet structure contains equipment for the following tasks:
Automatic reserve entry in case of power loss ~ 220V at main input (input 1);
Provision of uninterrupted power supply of telemechanics system equipment;
Availability of bypass circuit breaker providing direct voltage supply to telemechanics equipment in case of uninterruptible power supply failure.
A temperature controller is installed on the side wall of the cabinet to enable the fan.
A ventilation panel and a ventilation window with replaceable filters are installed on the cabinet door to maintain temperature.
3.3. WCS CABINET
The radio communication equipment cabinet is designed to organize a radio data transmission channel between the controlled and dispatching stations.
The cabinet includes:
Radio station "MOTOROLA GM340" (A33);
ANLI DP power supply "" + 13.8V "(GU1).
The cabinet includes a circuit breaker, terminal blocks.
Power supply of telemechanics devices
The components of the telemechanics system are powered by four secondary voltage ratings:
1. Voltage source "+ 24V" provides power supply to "Iset" automatic transmission modules with the exception of UPSTM-02;
2. Voltage sources "+ 12V" and "+ 5V" supply the modem with UPTM-02 telemechanical;
3. The voltage source "+ 13.8V" provides power to the radio station "MOTOROLA GM340."
The external power supply of a system of telemechanics is brought to ShSTM02 case from two inputs of alternating voltage" ~ 220B". Emergency standby actuation system (ALT) is organized as part of the cabinet, it comes into operation when the power supply voltage at the first (main) input goes down.
The design provides for one uninterruptible power supply unit with a capacity of 1.6 kVA. This accumulated power allows you to operate the telemechanics system for two hours after the loss of external supply voltage at both inputs "~ 220V."
5. grounding
All large metal structures, electric power converter enclosures and other elements of the telemechanics system (if provided structurally) shall be connected to protective ground. This serves to provide the necessary no-danger and protection of electrical equipment. For the implementation of protective grounding on a specially connected (mounting in several places for better contact with the cabinet housing) DIN rack, grounding terminals are placed, at which the specified connections are made by conductors. The housing (rear and side walls, door, roof) and cabinet frame are also connected by conductors to the protective ground
The designation of protective grounding in the project is "G1."
All components (if provided structurally) and signal cable-white screens (if specified) shall be connected to the digital ground. This is used to remove interference transmitted through external power cables, signal cables and cables to peripheral devices. Proper grounding (low-resistance connections with a large contact surface) together with effective shielding of cables and equipment reduces the impact of interference on the system and false signals.
The designation of the logical grounding in the project is "G2."
To implement the information grounding of the cabinets of the telemechanics system, a separate branch from the common-station protective grounding circuit should be provided.
