The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire, and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safe operation of the facility, subject to the measures provided for in the working documentation.

General instructions.

Source Data:

1. The project of heating and ventilation of the sewage pumping station of the facility "Domestic wastewater treatment facilities of the Ufimka microdistrict of Mikhailovsk" was carried out on the basis of the customer's task, technological task, architectural and construction drawings, in accordance with the requirements of:

SNiP 2.04.0591 * "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";

SNiP 2.04.0385 "Sewerage. External networks and structures ";

SNiP 230199 "Construction climatology";

SP 411032000 "Design of thermal insulation of equipment and piping

waters.

Climatic conditions:

The project is performed for climatic conditions:

Outside air design parameters:

- cold period tnB = - 35С; JnB = - 34.6 kJ/kg; φ= 79%;

- tnB transition period = + 10С; JnB = 24.0 kJ/kg; φ= 70%;

- warm period tnA = + 20.7С; JnA = 48.1 kJ/kg; φ= 77%;

tnB = + 28.7С; JnB = 51.1 kJ/kg; φ= 35%;

Internal air temperature + 5С.

Heating

1. Coolant for heating system and heat supply system of plenum unit P1 - water with parameters of 90 - 70 С.

2. Heat supply source - designed individual heat station (see sheet 4 of the project).

3. The pressure in the point of connection to the heating system is: in the supply pipeline 2.9 kgf/cm2, in the return pipeline 0.6 kgf/cm2.

4. ITR is provided with the installation of disconnecting valves, mud machines, instrumentation and commercial heat and coolant flow metering unit (performed by a separate project).

5. The ISS heating system is designed as a double-tube of steel galvanized water and gas pipes as per GOST 326275 *.

6. Heating devices of the heating system - cast-iron sectional radiators MS140.

7. Heating system pipelines and radiators are painted with oil paint. Coat ITP pipelines with BT 177 paint according to GOST 563179 in two layers on GF021 soil according to GOST 2512982 with subsequent insulation with Thermoflex heat insulation material 13 mm thick.

Ventilation

1. In order to ensure the established sanitary and hygienic standards of microclimate and air cleanliness, a system of plenum ventilation with mechanical and natural motivation has been designed in the premises of the KNS.

2. Air exchanges in the rooms are accepted according to the rated ratios in accordance with the process specification and the requirements of SNiP 2.04.0385 "Sewerage. External networks and structures. "

3. From rooms of KNS, air is removed B1, BE1 and BE2 systems. Moreover, 65% of air is removed mechanically from the lower zone (B1) and 35% - the upper zone through deflectors (BE1, BE2).

4. To compensate for the air removed by exhaust systems, the plenum system P1 was designed. Air distribution is carried out through ventilation plenum adjustable grids with inclined jets.

5. Air ducts are made of galvanized thin-sheet steel according to GOST 1491880 of rectangular and round cross-section.

6. Insulate air intake of P1 system and air ducts outside the building with thermal insulation material "Thermasheet FR-13."

Installation Requirements

1. Installation of heating and ventilation systems shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0185, taking into account adjacent communications.

2. The air duct bindings should be clarified in place taking into account adjacent communications after installation measurements.

3. The air ducts shall be attached as per typical drawings of grey. 5.9041. Duct attachment points are assigned by the installation organization that developed the installation sketches.

Automatic equipment

1. Supplied by Climate Center, the plenum plant includes a set of automation (SAU2).

Fire fighting measures

1. In case of fire, the ventilation units shall be switched off.
