Description

KP on building architecture on the theme: block section 5-storey, apartment building. The project includes a graphic part and an explanatory note to it.
The graphic part contains 2 sheets of A1 format, on the first sheet there is: a 1 floor plan and a typical floor plan, an elevation, a section view, a wall section, a list of lintels.
2 sheet: layout of slabs and slabs, layout of rafters and foundation slabs, roof plan. Specifications: to the layout of foundations, slabs and slabs, filling elements of door and window blocks. Also an engineering and geological section.

1. Initial data

1. Typical design - 5-storey 15-apartment block.

2. The terrain is calm, even.

3. Structural scheme - the building is arceless with a longitudinal arrangement of the bearing walls, spatial rigidity is provided.

4. Design characteristic:

a) foundations - strip prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs of 100 grade concrete;

b) walls - brick with insulation by polystyrene foam in the wall cavity;

c) partitions - from easily concrete blocks with a thickness of 100 mm;

d) coatings (and floors) - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-pillar slabs (floors) according to the 1.1411 series;

e) jumpers - precast reinforced concrete according to the series 1.13810;

e) roof - rolled from metal cuttings.

g) filling of openings: - wooden windows as per GOST 16.28989;

h) wooden doors for residential and public buildings GOST 662988;

and) floors - parquet board, ceramic tiles;

k) interior decoration of premises - plaster, painting, wallpaper, natural wood; bathrooms - ceramic tiles;

l) external decoration - end walls made of ceramic brick;

According to the volume planning solution, the class of this building is II, the degree of durability is II, the degree of fire is II.

Height of the entire building 17.880 m

Building volume: 4302.29 m3

Constructive solution

4.1. Structural diagram of the building.

Structural diagram of the building is framed, with longitudinal and transverse bearing walls. Spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by rigid connection of internal walls with external walls, grouting of seams with slabs and installation of steel anchors connecting slabs with walls and slabs with each other .

Exterior and interior finishes

Exterior trim:

- silicate brick with decryption of seams, plaster;

Basement - stone plaster, sandstone cladding.

Interior trim:

- san nodes - tiles

- dining room and hall - wooden cladding

-coridors - plaster

Engineering equipment

Water supply - domestic, design head at the base of risers of 25m water.

Sewerage - economic and fecal with release into the city network;

Heating - water section, single-tube system with radiators of type "M140AO."

Ventilation is natural in combination with the installation of electric fans and ventilation chambers.

Hot water supply - from the external network.

Drains - internal with discharge into the common sewage system.

Electrical lighting - from external mains, voltage 380/220v.

Gas supply - from the external network.

Power supply - from the external environment, voltage 380/220 V.

Communication devices - telephone, radio television.
