1. Introduction

Earthworks are a complex of construction processes in the construction of various earthworks.

All earthworks, depending on the location to the day surface, are divided into excavations and embankments. They can be permanent and temporary in terms of service.

Earthworks are very labor intensive, so most of the processes are mechanized. In addition to the mechanized method of work, a manual, explosive and hydromechanical method of work is also used.

Excavation includes preparatory, main and auxiliary processes. Preparatory processes are performed before the main ones, and auxiliary processes depending on the specific conditions of the work.

2. Design Input

2.1 Brief description of the construction site

It is required to develop a process plan for earthworks. The size of the construction site is 320 × 480m. The site is divided into squares with a side of 80m. The relief of the site is flat, calm. The site has a slope of i = 0.004 from west to east. The site does not have trees, shrubs, boulders, stumps on its territory. The site has a natural grass cover. The construction site does not have existing buildings and passing communications on its territory. The groundwater level is at a depth of 6 m.

3. Calculation of excavation volumes at the construction site

Use the rectangular prism method to calculate the amount of excavation. In this method, the site is divided into squares with a side of 80x80 m. As the complexity of the relief increases, the size of the square decreases. It is necessary to ensure that no more than two contours pass through each square.

Squares are numbered by numbers in horizontal (first digit) and vertical (second digit) rows. At the vertices of the squares, the values ​ ​ are placed: N _ vk, the number of the vertex of the square of the layout grid is the third quarter; h _ slave, working mark (green color) - second quarter; H _ kr, "red" mark (red color) - the first quarter; H _ h, "black" mark (black) - fourth quarter.

4. Development of site vertical layout organization and technology.

4.1 Selection of sets of machines for soil development during vertical site layout.

The set of machines for vertical layout of the site is selected so that the production capacity of each machine provides the most efficient operation of the driving machine. Based on the study of production conditions and available possibilities, the method of work is established. Then the master machine performing the main process is selected. If necessary, the kit can include several coordinated machines. Other machines and mechanisms included in the set are selected by the driving machine.

7.2 Construction Process Organization and Technology

The following works shall be performed prior to commencement of works:

- construction site fencing;

- arrangement of permanent or temporary enclosures for surface water runoff (flooding);

- geodetic binding of the site and future structure on the ground;

- erection of temporary buildings and structures.

The site during work is divided into two grips.

The numerical and qualification composition of teams and workers' links with indication of rational distribution of work operations among executors during performance of works specified in the Job Instruction is presented in the Statement of Scope and Labor Intensity of Works and in the Schedule.
