Additional information

Common part.

The project provides for the attachment of equipment to a private residential building. The house has installed equipment: a gas boiler "Buderus" LoganoG234WS, with a capacity of 55 kW, located in the furnace room on the ground floor and a gas stove with an oven AG 1405W. The copper is subject to replacement because of insufficient power by a copper of Buderus of LoganoG334WS, 115 kW.

The scope of this project is as follows:

- internal gas supply

Gas supply of the house is carried out by natural gas (QPH = 8000 kcal/m3, p = 0.68 kg/m3 at t=20oC) in accordance with GOST 554287. The connection point is linked to the executive documentation of LLC "" according to the project code 10217GSV, developed by LLC "."

The content of this project is the replacement of the Buderus boiler LoganoG234WS with the Buderus Logano G334W.W. Equipment is used for heat supply and hot water supply. For the purpose of food preparation, the house has a gas stove with oven AG 1405W.Podwal in the building is absent.

Gas supply diagram. internal gas pipeline.

The project provides for the dismantling of the gas boiler "Buderus" Logano G234WS with a capacity of 55.0 kW and the connection of the designed gas boiler "Buderus" LoganoG334WS a capacity of 115.0 kW to the existing low-pressure pipeline Du32 in the furnace room.

Before the boiler to be installed, an existing ball valve is provided as a disconnecting device.

In the furnace room there is an existing heat-intake valve that stops gas supply in case of fire.

Existing gas pipelines are not replaced. Internal gas pipelines are made of steel pipes according to GOST 326275 * with minimum number of welded joints. According to the hydraulic calculation made in accordance with SP 421012003, the diameters of the existing external and internal gas pipelines are sufficient. The calculation results are presented on the hydraulic diagram of gas supply (GSV, sheet 3).

The gas pressure at the inlet to the boiler will be 205 mm water. The boiler is connected to the existing Du32 gas pipeline using the existing threaded coupling and nut contour Ø32 mm.

Characteristics of rooms

Furnace: Height -4.5 m; The area of the room is 16.4m2; Volume - 73.8m3; The glazing area is 3.9m2.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACTIVITIES.

In accordance with the process design standards, the designed equipment is completely sealed, which ensures environmental protection from gas pollution.

Commissioning of the facility.

Equipment and gas instruments shall be operated in accordance with the requirements of PB 1252903 and SNiP 42012002, SP 311062002.

All maintenance works shall be performed by the operating organization within the time frame according to the approved schedules or instructions of the manufacturers.

Exhaust of combustion products.

Combustion products removal and combustion air supply from the gas floor boiler is provided through the existing chimney in the internal wall Ø250 mm. The diameter of the smoke outlet pipe Ø250 mm.

The chimney shall be installed taking into account the manufacturer's requirements.

For additional air inflow make grid or clearance between the door and the hollow living section not less than 0.03m2 in the lower part of the door.

Exit of the chimney shall be performed in accordance with SP 421012003 p. G.21.

- not less than 0.5 m above the skate or parapet of the roof with their location (counting horizontally) not more than 1.5 m from the skate or parapet of the roof;

- to the level with the skate or parapet of the roof, if they are located at a distance of up to 3 m from the skate of the roof or parapet;

- not lower than the straight line drawn from the skate or parapet downwards at an angle of 10 ° to the horizon, when the pipes are located at a distance of more than 3 m from the skate or parapet of the roof;

- not less than 0.5 m above the boundary of the wind surge zone, if higher parts of the building, buildings or trees are located near the canal.

In all cases, the height of the pipe above the adjacent part of the roof should be at least 0.5 m, and for houses with a combined roof (flat) - at least 2.0 m.

The mouths of brick channels to a height of 0.2 m should be protected from atmospheric precipitation by a layer of cement mortar or a cap made of roofing or galvanized steel. It is allowed to provide wind protection devices on the channels.

In accordance with the act of primary inspection of ventilation channels and chimneys, the chimney is suitable for operation

Automatic Gas Control

1. General part

1.1The existing automatic control of methane and carbon monoxide content is available in the residential house

1.2 The basis for installation of gas content level monitoring equipment (in further equipment) is:

- Resolution No. 2 of Rostekhnadzor dated 07.02.2000

- Requirements of "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Consumption Systems of PB 1252903 and RD 204 of the RSFSR 3.688."

1.3 There is an existing plant for monitoring methane (CH4) and carbon monoxide in air.

1.4 The device for monitoring the content of methane and carbon monoxide consists of a housing, on the front side of which there are located: a green indicator that signals the inclusion of the sensor in the network and serviceability; indicator of red color (1st threshold of device actuation) and shut-off solenoid shut-off valve KPEGM.

1.5 Maintenance and maintenance of gas and gas equipment may be carried out by a specialized organization with the corresponding licenses.

2. Device Installation

The location of the alarm was determined in accordance with paragraph 2.8 of RD204 of the RSFSR 3.688.

The device for monitoring the content of methane and carbon monoxide is installed at the place of the most likely gas accumulation, on the wall, in a vertical position, at a distance of at least 1 m from the gas device and at a distance of 10-30 cm from the ceiling.

3. Principle of Gas Content Monitoring Device Operation

The gas content monitoring device is designed to monitor the content of natural gas, issue alarms (light and sound) in the event of a gas concentration occurring in a controlled room corresponding to the signal level ("Threshold 1"), and issue an emergency signal to an external actuating device (shut-off gas controlled pulse valve KPEGM). The concentration of hydrocarbon gas causing operation of a signaling device of gas contamination natural gas the Threshold of 110% of NKPR. When the device is activated under the influence of the signal concentration of natural gas corresponding to the Threshold level 1, the light and sound alarm is turned on, as evidenced by the activation of the red light indicator Threshold 1 and the sound signal of variable tonality, and the generation of control pulses supplied to the electromagnet of the shutoff valve begins. Under the influence of the manager

pulse actuates the electromagnet and closes the valve, which leads to shut-off of gas supply. When the Threshold -1 alarm is triggered, turn off the gas and electrical appliances. After room ventilation and alarm shutdown, start the gas instruments and open the system valve only after elimination of the cause of gas leakage and if there is no gas odor.

If the alarm is triggered again, shut off the gas supply valve and call the emergency service.

Sound signal of gas content is output in the furnace room.
