Assignment for electrical power supply of automatic control system

Electrical receivers of the automatic control system must be powered from the fire protection devices panel (SGP panel), which is supplied from the input panel of the input switchgear with the device for automatic switching on of the reserve (ALT) or from the main switchgear with the ALT device.

SGP and ALT panels shall have side walls for fire protection, equipment installed in them. Wall thickness shall be set in design documentation and specifications on specific panel types. The facade part of the SGP panel must have a distinctive color (red).

It is not allowed to install protection devices in control circuits of automatic fire extinguishing units, disconnection of which can lead to failure of operation in case of fire.

It is forbidden to install protective shutdown devices or switches controlled by differential (residual) current, including with built-in protection against overcurrent, in the power supply circuits of electrical receivers of the automatic control system.

Joint laying of cable lines of fire protection systems with other cables and wires in one conduit, pipe, bundle, closed channel of construction structure or on one tray is not allowed.

Emergency lighting shall be provided in the fire station room, which shall be switched on automatically when the main lighting is switched off.
