Description

Working project. Reconstruction of the poultry house building and egg production warehouse under the warehouse complex for storing finished products (tea, coffee).
1. The project provides for a central water heating system.
2. Coolant preparation is performed according to closed circuit in individual heat-and-heat station.
3. In the premises of the warehouse of the complex, a two-tube horizontal heating system with the associated movement of the coolant is provided. Supply and return pipelines are routed between gates and windows. Heating system pipelines are laid along internal walls with column bypass.
4. Rooms heat metering units are located in ITR room.
5. Heating devices of 4 horizontal steel smooth pipes dn 100 mm long and 2.57 m long are provided as heating devices. (registers).
6. As air heating devices the heating and ventilating devices Volcano, the Volcano VR1 and Volcano VR2 type intended for work in two modes of operation are provided: for heating of a warehouse in the constant mode, for a covering of peak heatlosses of periodically operating natural ventilation.
7. Collection and removal of air from the heating system is carried out from the upper points of the system through automatic vents of the VALMAT type from Hertz.
8. It is possible to disconnect the heating system along the branches and drain water from them. For emptying, horizontal pipelines are laid with a slope of at least 0.002, drain valves at the lower points of the system.

Additional information

Heating

1. The project provides for a central water heating system.

2. Heat carrier preparation is performed according to closed circuit in individual heat station.

3. In the premises of the warehouse of the complex there is a two-pipe horizontal heating system with the associated movement of the coolant. Supply and return pipelines are routed between gates and windows. Heating system pipelines are laid along internal walls with column bypass.

10. Ventilation is provided for the warehouse by ventilation, through windows and lights. The estimated ventilation time was 0.33 hours. In order to compensate for heat losses (7514.23 kW) arising during ventilation, recalculate in kW/h (2478.41 kW/h). Further, taking into account heat losses for infiltration, we obtain an amount of heat to compensate for heat during ventilation for 1 hour. In order not to go beyond the allocated power, the obtained amount of heat (2293.44 kW/h) to compensate for the heat during ventilation for 1 hour is interpolated and obtained (910.09 kW), but for 2.52 hour.

11. Material of all pipelines and risers - steel.

12. Insulation of all supply lines by foamed polyethylene tubes "Energoflex" is provided.

13. The draft ball cranes for emptying the heating system shall be accepted: 15 mm on registers and 25 mm on highways.

14. Install sliding supports in place to the columns.

15. Install fixed supports on poles after 6 meters (see album).

16. Fabrication of assemblies and parts from pipes, assembly and testing of systems shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0185 * "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems."

17. Pipelines at the intersection of floors, internal walls and partitions shall be laid in steel sleeves, the edges of which shall be located flush with the surface of walls, partitions and ceilings and 30 mm above the surface of clean floor.
