GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- The project was developed based on the technical assignment No. ____ from ____-
- Architectural and construction drawings and current regulatory documents:
For the design of heating and ventilation systems, the following outdoor air parameters are accepted:
Calculated outdoor air temperature for heating design T = -14°C.
Average temperature of the heating period - 3.35°C;
Duration of the heating period 147.5 days.
Pressure in the supply pipeline at ____ (input M-1) ____ MPa
Pressure in the return pipeline at _____ (input M-1) ___ MPa
Pressure difference (at least) ____ MPa.
Temperature of the heat carrier in the supply pipeline 85 (67) °C;
Temperature of the heat carrier in the return pipeline 58 (50) °C;
When transitioning the heat supply of Tashkent to an independent connection scheme, the temperature schedule may change towards an increase in T1 and a decrease in T2.
HEATING
The heating of the building is carried out by the following systems:
- heating systems for the premises of the building;
Heating systems for the premises of the building - two-pipe distribution with dead-end flow of the heat carrier. Heating devices - bimetallic sectional radiators.
The pipelines of the heating systems are designed from polypropylene reinforced pipes according to GOST R 52134-2003. The pipelines are laid in the floor structure and in the walls. Access panels are provided for servicing the pipelines and regulating equipment at their installation points.
Air removal from the heating systems is carried out using Mayevsky valves, as well as automatic air vents installed at the highest points of the systems.
Drainage of the heating systems is carried out through drain valves installed at the lowest points of the systems.
All main pipelines are insulated with tubular insulation "K-Flex".
All pipelines must undergo hydraulic testing after installation, with a test pressure equal to 1.25 times the working pressure.
VENTILATION
For air removal in dirty areas such as sanitary facilities, mechanical ventilation with plastic diffusers is provided. To regulate the air flow, air valves were provided for each branch.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONSTRUCTION AREA
